Very bad experience. Realtor Nicole Sanchez wasnt honest and mislead the process. At the time of the walk-through, she required a different way of payment from the one established in the contract. She left me with no representation nor options to solve the issue, she actually walked away stating she had no time to loose with me . I was practically forced to close the process with the help of the realtor from the lender. I didnt feel represented by her, all she cared about was to collect her commission which she got a week before.
