Realtor does not appear to present offers to her clients in a timely manner, concern about whether all offers are presented at all, and is strategically not responsive to certain realtors. She lacks transparency in how she does her work & does not provide updates which raises HUGE red flags. She was contacted dozens of times and blew off realtors and buyers. She allowed several high-quality offers (resubmitted due to lack of response) to expire without any notification / feedback. Highly unprofessional and would be concerned about having her represent me / keep my interests in mind as a client.

Nordis is an incredible realtor and not just because she knows the market or her background in Banking, but also because she truly cares about her clients. Most realtors say that they care, but my wife and I truly experienced it. Nordis helped us sell our old home (above asking price) and also helped us into our new home. We recommend using her if you are interested in selling or buying a new home. She is AWESOME!
