I lived in a condo unit managed by Metrocoma for almost three years. My experience was nothing but positive. My questions and concerns were always addressed promptly and professionally. Geraldine in particular was always extremely helpful. I also interacted with Sandra occasionally and she was great as well. My maintenance requests were always responded to quickly. Also, paying my rent through their website was very quick and easy. Metrocoma was extremely transparent and fair during the move-out process and I received my security deposit refund quickly.
I recently moved out of one of their properties but was charged rent anyway because I had it on automatic payments through the system they utilize for payment. I never had this issue with any other apartment building when I had automatic payments set up. No one responded to my requests for an answer on what happened until I called over a week and a half later when I was told it was my fault because I had payments set up automatically and the processing fee wouldnt be returned. That fee is really inconsequential but the principle really irritates me. Poor building management and poor customer service. I suggest you pay by check or remove your payment information from their system as soon as you give notice of moving out.
