Caplan, Caplan, and Caplan have been great for me since I started using them as process servers. Their prices are fair and their service is consistent and reliable. Great customer service, and always quick responses to my emails. There is no other process server I would rather use for my firm.

I needed service on a Miami resident for a case in Washington state and, not being familiar with the area, I chose one of the first companies that came up on Google. After accepting payment, the other company was non-responsive for nearly a month before I did a little more research and finally found Caplan. I e-mailed Caplan in the evening (Pacific time) and received an e-mail back from Lydia that night. From there, the process was smooth, dealing with Caplan was easy, and service was accomplished (finally!) the very next day. They also use a system that e-mails you updates about the status of your service request, which was awesome. Lydia was great and Ill surely use these folks again should I need something served in the Miami area. Id highly recommend them.
