I used Xtreme SoftWash on 09/23/21 to clean my roof. What I liked is:1) that the owner, Jesus, always answers thephone when you call2) was on time to give me an estimate andanswered all my questions.3) arrived on time the day the work wasperformed4) the results of the cleaning were excellent,the roof looks like newWhat I didnt like, and the reason for 3 stars, is that the chemicals used killed areas of grass in my backyard and killed one bush and damaged 2 other bushes in the front of my house. I did raise my concern of damage to the landscaping with Jesus when he came to give me an estimate and he assured me that they water down the landscaping before, during, and after the chemicals are applied and that its very rare there is any damage. Well, although they did do what he said, and although I watered everything again that afternoon and it rained heavily that night, I nonetheless have damaged landscaping that will be costly to replace. Not happy at all with that result.So bottom line is Xtreme SoftWash is responsive, and did an excellent job of cleaning the roof. However, if you have any grass or bushes around the perimeter of your house, my advice would be look for another option or the traditional power wash. Dont believe watering will protect the landscaping from damage. It doesnt! For the record, if it werent for the landscaping issue I would have given 5 stars.

Xtreme SoftWash is the perfect name for this company because of the xtremely outstanding customer service they provided. The price of the total house/roof wash was good, they showed up on time and their work was exceptional. From start to finish I was xtremely pleased.

Jesús and his crew did an excellent job with the software wash of our roof. Our barrel roof is 20 years old and has not been pressure washed for over 10 years. It had lots of black mold. We were concerned there would be damage to the tiles, but there was none. After the chemical soft wash treatment the roof looks brand new. The suurounding plants were unharmed, as the crew continuously watered them. We are very pleased with the results.
