Really great product and excellent customer service!! The charger works very well; just place the phone in the cradle, without having to use the mini-usb port, which could eventually go bad. Their product should make the battery last longer, which I appreciate. Highly recommend.

Owner Ron, is an engineer, from the 1950s there is no innovation in this company Ron the owner, has no vision he is stuck in the 1950. steals big orders from sales staff so he does not have to pay commission to sales staff.treats employees like dirt, he is self center, egoistic,product he sells for a lot of money, can be found on amazon for 70% less of what he charges for antiquated product. horrible company to do business with them. and most definitely would NOT work for this company.

Berating ownership.Owner/Head Engineer steals accounts or projects from sales staff. They do not provide any type of benefits for their employees.Advice to Senior Management – Dont think any advice will help the owner of this company, he is stuck in his way and unfortunately keeps the company and his employees down.No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – Im not optimistic about the outlook for this company
