Julio was great to work with. He was recommended by a good friend for our wedding. Hes honest and straight forward, if hes unable to do something or doesnt have it hell tell you, or find it for you. He didnt have the best prices on EVERYTHING across the board, but overall provided a significant savings when everything was added up compared to the other rental companies I quoted. We used him for a large tent, tables, chairs, place settings, linens, etc. ESPECIALLY for the Miami area, I give 5 stars.

What great people to deal with! Very professional and very reasonably priced! They were on time and our guests loved the set up they provided us. I have nothing but GREAT THINGS to say about this company. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Definitely having them set up for all of our parties in the future!!!!

Easy to order from, even for a last minute event. Good prices and I appreciate that I could just pick up a few chairs directly from the place.

Family owned business. Customer service is reliable, responsible and most of all HONEST. Have known them 15+ years. Things can happen with every line of work, but they ALWAYS try to help you and resolve any issues you may have.

Would give no stars if it was possible, Im not sure who answered the call, but he was incredibly rude. I asked if he spoke English and major attitude rolled over. Im not one to write bad reviews, but I felt I needed to relay this to you guys.

I am the manager and i saw the review Mrs. Segura send 1 year ago, I was not aware of it. But that day my father was at the store & answer the phone by MIstake, He is 84 years old, and i keep him busy around me all the time. To Mrs. Segura sorry, some time things happen... He was not suppose to answer the phone .. We are a family own business and try to service our customer the best way we can.

Horrible experience. Rented chairs for a graduation ceremony and they were black!!! Had to clean every single chair. I normally don’t like giving bad reviews to a company but this was horrible! Disgusted!

This is a horrible unreliable and money hungry company with horrible customer service. They actually stoled money from my account I have no idea how they got my information but I called them to get my money back, and this was their answer stop calling or we will charge you again unbelievable. there are many rental companys that have great service. If you come across this rental company my suggestion, keep searching.
