Found Miami Car Credit online, made an appointment, when I arrived (I was late) Gus my salesman was busy, so instead of making me wait he pleasantly handed me over to James who did everything he could to get me approved (as my credit took a hard hit during covid) finally he was able to get me out the door in a beautiful 2018 Camry at the down payment I could afford to get my payments where I needed them. It was so nice and refreshing to see a team work together in such a cut throat industry.

If I could Give zero stars I would. Dishonest, uncaring internet sales staff, telling you you’re approved when you’re not. I gave full disclosure of my situation to Milly the rep, letting her know that my family and I live an hour away with two small children, one being special needs, so I didn’t want to make the trip for nothing. She assured me we were approved to get any vehicle we wanted, literally her words. Wasted two hours there and back of driving for the sales manager to say she didn’t know what she was talking about, and for the salesman to say she should be fired. Will she? Doubt it. I’m the one that lost a whole evening and a half of tank of gas because of this company’s dishonesty and nasty sales tactics.

Went in pretty clueless but had a strict budget. Derek worked with me the entire day and helped me so much. Ended up driving off in an amazing car that day.
