Been with these guys for years. Love them so much

I remember going there about two years ago when i was 14 years old and there was this plus size man that was about to sign me but when he saw my age on the contract paper he said that I was too young but I had the look. I’m very confused because when I go on your website apparently you guys do work with kids and teenagers.

My 4 kids are all placed with Susan and 2 of them have been the faces of major nationwide clothing campaigns. Along with catalogue work, they get regular jobs. Would highly recommend Front Management for any adults or kids that are looking to become a model.

Susan, who is in charge of the kids department at Front, was absolutely horrible to work with. She belittles you with each question you ask, doesnt know how to talk with children, and just all around unprofessional. First day meeting her we said were not going to be exclusive with an agency only because my daughter is so young and we want as much opportunity as possible. She instantly started talking trash about other agencies. She had no problem making money off my daughter but when it came time to pay my daughter for the modeling she did, it took forever and I had to email, text, and call her several times before ever getting a response. If you do work with them make sure you get everything in writing.

The lady said I wasn’t Latin enough because I have Light eyes and light brown hair, my body was tall and lean for high fashion and run ways, but I don’t fit in a certain ethnicity. I’m not white enough because I have some dark features and tan well. My question is what is a pure race? I’m 6’1 tall lean toned body. Run way material, but you don’t fit into a category. I’m proud to be myself. My biological father is Russian, my grandmother is Half Native, so where do I fit in?

I love my mother agency! I credit much of my success to Front Management. I have been with this team for over 6 years and theyve guided me through a lot. They arent just my partners in business but are a apart of my friend and family circle. We treat each other well and have much respect for one another and I think thats a huge part in being successful. I cant imagine having any other mother agency than Front Management.

My children and I met with Susan yesterday. They enjoyed their time very much. Very honest, friendly, upfront, and knowledgeable about the business. We are looking forward to a great working relationship.

It was just over 2 years ago I booked a flight from NYC to Miami Florida in hopes to branch into a new modeling market and find an agency that could bring my career to the next level. I am a firm believer that anyone that wants to start modeling should look at all their options when in comes to finding an agency. When arriving to Miami I had four meetings set up with potientail agencies, Front being my final meeting. The other agencies seemed nice but I wasn’t really sold on any at that point, so I made my way over to Front Management.I walked into the office and took a seat to wait to speak with Christian, Fronts head booker and as I examined there set up I started to notice something amazing. Pictures all over the wall, high fashion campaigns, premier editorial work with the highest level brands in the world, I actually recognized most of the ads. Just to be clear, this type of work is rare, hard to book and EXTREMLY COMPETITIVE and by the looks of it, Front was getting most it.I was finally called into speak with Christian and very quickly started to really this guy. We took a little time to get to know a bit about each other, he asked me about my career so far, told me about his success with Front and immediately ask me to be part of the agency. I got an amazing vibe from him, he has every quality you want in agent, hardworking, motivated, charismatic, easy to talk to but most important...absolutely hilarious!The agency has a phrase, Front Fam, and even thou this might just sound like cleaver hashtag, you really feel like family there. Everyone that works at this agency are truly great people from the agents that book the work to models that do it, you will never feel lonely. Modeling can can be a tough industry so having that support makes the entire experience way better.If you are wondering what your opportunity could be with this agency, honestly, you can never know unless you walk in. For me, after being signed with Front for about two months, Christian called me one day and said “Drew, you shoot with Versace in 1 month for there next Fragrance Campaign and Commericail” still being the biggest job I have ever booked as a model. The ad was featured in the most recent September issue of vogue, on a bill board and time square and aired on live tv in Milan and Paris.So there you have it. Are you young and attractive and want to give the modeling game a shot? If your in Miami, Florida.....you know where to go.

What can I say... I was a collegue kid when i met Christian and the rest of the family at Front. I never had considered modeling before. This agency believed in me before i could even begin to dream. Christian and Augie have been such a big part of my success. Ive had the honor of working with brands such as D&G, Macys, Target, Menswearhouse, and also shot editorials with the legendary Bruce Weber... All thanks to Front. I have traveled the world, gained so much knowledge about the business and professional side of modeling.. all thanks to them. Even when times have been rough they always stuck by me. Pushed me, motivated me. In our 5 years together as my mother agency i have made tons of contacts through Front. They showed me the way and invested time and patience into our relationship. Front has been my mother agency now for 2 years and i couldnt be happier. I met Christian while visiting some friends in miami and just a few months after I made the move to Miami permanently.
