The best capoeira training! Whether beginner or advanced, you will learn a ton! And by far the most intense I’ve had—From male or female teacher. You will get strong (or stronger) and a great workout regardless of your level! Lots of fun and encouraging, for all ages and abilities. Music, movement, culture.

Sometimes I cannot find the right word to describe the emotions and joy how you feel. But I want to say that Capoeira Cordão de Ouro Miami has one of the most welcoming atmosphere that I had encountered in Miami.. they made me feel like one of their own on my first visit to the school.. and those memories are really cool... if you are not sure to visit them just go and and live the experience by yourself highly recommended... love you guys!

The best!!! I moved to Miami a couple of years ago and tried a capoeira class at the CDO academy a few days after arriving. Rebelde and the entire CDO group here quickly became family. The workouts are unbelievable. Rebelde always pushes you to do more and to trust the learning process, while at the same time respecting your limits. The environment is super welcoming, and her classes accommodate all different fitness levels. Can’t say enough positive things about my experiences at this Capoeira academy!

Eu sou capoiera sim senhor...I’ve been training capoiera for almost 6 years, but the past year with Rebelde has been by far the best. She motivates and encourages me in the way only the best teachers do. And we train at the beach on Saturdays! Nothing beats Capoeira Cordão de Ouro for a workout, a cultural experience (learn songs, instruments, and Portuguese!), and a second family.

As for CDO Miami, Ive trained in capoeira ever since I was a teenager, but Ive never found a capoeira group that was so supportive. My experience in this place was wonderful. An extremely warm space where I could enjoy free form while learning. In addition, the Rebel Instructor is very prepared and has very good techniques to make difficult movements easy. Sharing with the children was great too !!! Thanks millions !!!
