I never usually write reviews but this place was absolutely terrible. So I just moved to the area and I was looking to rent a mailbox out, I figured I had to send a item out anyways I might as well go over there. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a terrible smell. Im usually a very laidback person so I didn’t really care to much. I walked up to the front desk, the lady looked at me and completely ignored me for about 10 minutes. I finally told her I wanted to just send a package out tracked, I figured she was super busy so I didn’t wanna hold her up and question about the mailbox rentals. She straight up told me “Just go to the Post Office, I don’t have time for this” and just walked to the back. I was absolutely baffled at the level of customer service there. I would never step foot in that place again. 0/10 DEFINITELY GO SPEND YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE.

The blonde lady here was terrible!! And rude!!! PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COST AND TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSE WHERE!!! I 100% would not support this place! Treat ALL customers with respect!! I literally just moved here and did not know about the $10 minimum and this lady freaked out completely. Seriously worst experience and Im still in shock.

This place is GREAT. I was unaware what time they closed on Saturday and caught the gentleman on his way out where he reopened just to notarize my document before the weekend! he was simply amazing and super helpful. Ill be going back!

I went there at 9 am to notarize documents and was immediately greeted by Frank and a nice lady.He took care of me right away: everything lasted 10 minutes (because documents were long).Frank was very profesional and extremely nice.

I visited this location today for the first time it was so easy and pleasant. I was waited on by Juan who welcomed me to come back. Great Service.Jan H.

Very generous place with free candy

The employees were nice, but not productive. Came to ship a small package for my business and after 15 minutes the clerk kept telling me the mailing address was invalid despite me shipping to that address multiple times. She said theres nothing she can do and got distracted by her phone and stopped helping me. Theres also a $10 minimum purchase if you want to pay with a debit/credit which is ridiculous in 2019.

Excellent service and owners are extremely friendly and kind to you. You always can call in to check if your mail has been delivered and they send you email notification if your package has been delivered. I would recommend this postal office to everyone!

The two Ladies that own an operate this location ( Nancy and Barbara) are awesome.The level of customer service is far beyond that standards that you would expect in MiamiI have done business with them both for company and personal needs.I would highly recommend that you use them.

As soon as you walk in the smell of cigarettes nearly knocks you over. The place is old looking and basic but the woman there was friendly. However it costs about 2x as much as what you would pay at the post office so I just went up the street about 10 blocks to the post office instead. I suggest some heavy duty cleaning and air freshener!

The person who answered the phone is extremely rude. I would not recommend this place at all. Use an actual USPS office if you need a package shipped out by them.

This is the worst expirence in my life. The old lady that has been there for over 100 years has messed my life up. I was suppose to send my CAR TITLE to an insurance company because I was had a car accident witch was a total loss. I was also in the accident with my son and mother I thought that buy coming to this piece of s**t company I was going to resolve one of the few problems with them what i got with them was another problem. The owners response was oh well people make mistakes. And I will never. RECOMMEND THIS PLACE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

We have had our mail for our businesses go to this postal location for many many years. Joan is the absolute best and her customer service is exceptional. It was owned by Nancy and Barbara who were the greatest ladies. They sold it to the sweetest couple Frankie and Anna. They were truly a pleasure to see everyday. Unfortunately, they passed away in the Surfside Tower collapse and it was very heartbreaking. Nicole (family of Frankie and Anna) is now managing the store and it doing so phenomenally. She is so helpful and so pleasant.Definitely go and see them for all your postal needs! They also have mailboxes for rent and they are so convenient to have if you are a business owner or if you travel.

They are super nice !! And fast service !!
