Their customer service is amazing! Although it was frustrating to know they, like many other Envios places request only cash for payment. I learned it is legal and I adjusted to their form of payment.Their kindness and service is beyond I ever experienced anywhere else. Sweet girls. They actually look at you and smile!

I drive past a ria to drive further just because of the customer service. My business has me sending daily, catalina and aguasanta are amazing and so patient with customers who come with little to no knowledge on how to send money. Only thing i wish they would do is put up a sign or something telling people to come prepared. Its frustrating waiting 20-30 minutes behind 1 person because they dont come prepared to send with information ready. If it wasnt for the customer service i would probably find another way to send sometimes. But over the last two years i would give the girls 10 stars if possible. They will help you any way they can and they have in the past. Keep up the great work ladies!
