Ive been a customer for over 7 years. They switched technicians and its been problems after problems. Last issue is that we were infested by scales and fleas even though they spray bimonthly to avoid all this. So we called and they came back out to respray and technician Im guessing was upset or having a bad day and sprayed and killed everything. See picks. Ive gone from a jungle to a forest fire home aftermath. Called and they cant switch tech because hes the only one they have! Such a huge company with only a one tech???

Hulett was used by my daughter, Raquel, after she noticed termite droppings at her house. I was there when Joe Garcia arrived on time to take care of the problem. He was so professional, friendly, and polite. Prior to that, Javier, the gentleman who came to provide the free estimate and arrange for service, was also very professional and polite. I can only hope the termite problem has been resolved, and that the company continues to be responsive should there be any issues going forward. However, so far, my daughter and I are very pleased with Hulett. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

What a horrible company! Stay away!!!Originally they tricked my wife into signing a multi year contract which we could not get out of. We constantly still had roaches and fruit flies coming into our house. No matter how much we conveyed to the company, this continued happening!On top of that they sued us! Despite having our credit card on file, they didn’t bother to call us or send any letters. We never knew they were alleging they hadn’t received payment in 2 months. We found out when we got slapped with a lawsuit for a few hundred dollars!! Ridiculous!! Please do not be tricked into going with this company!

Termite wings and dead termites on floor and on blinds. I found 2 live ones. When inspection guy came i was told they were ants maybe carpenter ants. If this company sprays my house, why am I getting them inside my house ? I didnt have my house tented, I had it done the tent less way. Not happy.

Update:The company reached out and sent their regional manager over the following day. He did a thorough walk through of the attic and determined that there were no signs of rodents, and refunded our money. They apologized for the inconvenience. I do appreciate them reaching out and taking the time and effort to ensure that the problem was corrected and we were satisfied as customers.I wanted to put 1 star because the company was terrible but the guy was friendly so 2 stars.So, we have something walking around in our attic at night. We arent sure what it is but its a problem. Naturally, we call the first quality looking company we see.Initially, they were responsive, they came out for a quote shortly after our call. We were a little astounded at the cost, $400, as well as the attempts to upcharge (I.e. bait around the property). but we thought, okay, its a business.What we got for that $400 was 3 basic rat traps right inside the attic door and 30 days of them checking every 3 days. (which they ended up not coming for the last 4 days of the contracted 30 days) Now, we explained that the sound was directly over our master bedroom, about 15 feet from the attic opening and most likely under the insulation. They made no attempt to actually fix the problem, it was apparent that the traps werent going to work in the first week. After it was still present they made zero changes to their tactics and it began to feel like we had just paid $400 for what I couldve gotten for $15 at Home Depot. THE IGUANA or RAT IS STILL UP THERE ROAMING AROUND AT NIGHT SO DONT EXPECT A GUARANTEE FROM THIS COMPANY.With that being said, they are professional and the guy that serviced us was very friendly.I would NOT recommend Hulett. Youre better off saving a ton of money and just doing it yourself.

Hullett treated our home for termites five years ago. This being Florida, we had them back to retreat our garage as part of their package. The staff are excellent and the service is quick. We also have their pest control plan. Again it is awesome. If you see any bugs, they come out again. No charge. Best money I’ve ever spent.

I have received reliable and prompt service from Hulett. I do however, question the efficacy of the tent-less termite treatment. My house was treated three years ago and theyve had to come out at least twice a year since then. This year theyve been out four times already and the termites have not bee eradicated. Good service nonetheless.

Terrible. Pretty much a bunch of CON ARTISTS running a profitable SCAM. charging without providing service. Falsified my signature which I believe its FRAUD. Although it a good forgery, I am sure it is not my handwriting. The day they claimed they provided the service my wife was having surgery. I cancel the service and they kept charging me. I had to contact my credit card company to get refunded. The owner disrespected my wife over the phone. I can believe they are still in business.After my post, I was contacted by Hulett and they Refund me for the 2 month I challenge them.

I have used several different Environmental companies and Hulett is the best. They are professional in that they describe in detail what they are going to go, do it, charge fair prices, and return immediately for any problems and/or continued service. They deserve five stars.

Such a bad experience! Was told by the Sales Rep that they can put the tent over our house plus the patio enclosed screen, and that there was no need to remove the rocks away from our house. So, when the crew got to our house after bagging up all of our food, taking off the day from work, getting a hotel for the night to stay, to say they cant put the tent over our screen thus not being able to complete the job. Knowing this type of information would have given us a completely different outcome. They did refund our money thus giving one star so we were thankful for that but the headache was just way to much!

So odd, called for an estimate.....Javier came out. He came inside my home; I explained I wanted to tent due a roach & carpenter ant infestation and to check for termites. I am having some work done at the house so he asked when we would be wrapping up. When I told him 3 weeks....he told me our prices are going down soon for termite season so call me in 2 weeks; handed me his card & out the door he went. I think the whole thing took 1 minute. Super weird! If I wanted to do this in 2 weeks I would have called in 2 weeks - what???

Good company to work with. They respond to the call quickly. They analyze the situation and work to correct the problem and fix issue. Termites comes and goes but it is the nature of it. But when I see possible problem, I call them and they come ready to eliminate all the termites in my property.

Getting a termite infestation in a Florida home is about as certain as hot weather in summer. Ive regrettably done tents...and have dealt with moving family, pets, plants, and food...not to mention the cleanup afterwards. Then I tried Hulett. They treated my home as if it were their own. I didnt have to displace my family or anything else and they guarantee their work. I also signed up for the economical yearly renewal...a wise investment when the little buggers eventually return. I found Hulett when I remarked to my neighbor that his lawn always looked healthy and green. He responded that he has Hulett spray the lawn every other month for chinch bugs and other vermin that destroy St. Augustine grass.I called and asked for a representative to come out and give me an estimate. I signed the contract on the spot. We have used them for lawn sprays for the past year and have seen a drastic improvement not only on the lawn, but on some ornamentals in the yard such as a gardenia bush that had been suffering from white fly damage. It is back to perfect health and blooming profusely.We also contracted with them for the no tent termite service after we discovered a swarm of drywood termites in the guest room. I had dreaded the hassle of sealing all edible goods, getting a hotel room, and boarding the dog while poison was being pumped into our house.The no tent service was amazing! The tech came out and drilled tiny holes at every entry point in the house as well as anywhere in the drywall that showed evidence of termite activity.Then, with a special squeeze bottle, he injected a fine powder directly into the wall and door/window frame cavities. He explained that it has an attractant that termites like even better than wood. They eat the powder, take it back to the nest, and everyone dies! AND, because it is a powder, there is a residual effect should there be another infestation.Thats the problem in South Florida - you could tent your house today, but when they swarm again, you can be infested in a matter of days.This service includes a yearly fee for maintenance and the guarantee is transferrable to new owners if the house is sold.In addition, if you see ANY evidence of termites, they will come back free of charge to re-treat the house.Since the treatment (a year ago), we havent found any frass (poop), wings, or seen larvae popping out of the drywall.I highly recommend this service. They are professional, careful with lawn spraying (we have an in-ground pool and when he sprays, he is extremely careful not to get any overspray into the pool), and reasonably priced.Whenever you have a question, they are there on the phone to help you with an answer.

Lack of communication, always behind them to get contract and services, not on time for the appointment that we had with them. Very disappointed with the service overall. When you call this type of companies is because you have a real need and responding on time, makes a huge difference. Unfortunately, we did not get this experience so I would not recommend this company.

Overall a negative experience for my parents and I. First they dispatched the inspector to the wrong address and kept us waiting for over two hours. During the inspection he did very little inspecting. The problem area was pointed out to the inspector but he refused to look at the area but was keen to quote us a price. Worst of all he was rude to my mother!

The power of social media. I am promised a lockbock for my house key and the house to be un-tented and ready for re-habitation by Sunday August 16...Terribly disappointed. Ive had Hulett as my pest control company for 2 years and really no complaints other than it being an expensive service at $400+ per year. My house unfortunately is wood framed so this year I got termites and since I had Hulett as my pest company I gave them a shot exterminate them. So I tried the spot treatment, with a money back guarantee I figured why not try and avoid having to bag all my food and drugs, kennel my pets and stay in a hotel for 4 days. The first spot treatment visit the tech drilled a hole through my roof through the shingles and said nothing, I found it later first repaired it and then called the company to just let them know and to tell the tech to be more careful. The termites didnt go away over the 4-6 weeks so Hulett sent back the same tech, and I watch him this time but frankly he said unless he finds the termites theres nothing he can do, another month goes by still more termites a third visit and this time the tech looks around for a few minutes and says you should call the office I do and the suggestion is tent the house for a reduce rate. No mention of any money back guarantee, but I understand business and as long as the house get treated and the termites exterminated Im ok even though Im clearly due a refund not another charge. So another month goes by and the tenting is scheduled for August 14, I communicate with their office even visit to get more bags (all food and drugs must be double bagged and taped) I kennel my two animals August 13, I get the house ready but still havent heard from the fumigation team I call once and the office says oh theyll call between 4 & 6pm...Okay so 4:30 comes around no call, so I call the office again friendly just checking and was told oh they call between 5 and 6pm....OK so I wait...finally they call at 5:57pm and tell my my tenting is scheduled for August 14 at 8pm....What? Ive kennel animals Ive had to make hotel reservations and I have to meet the crew at 8pm to let them tent my house while its getting dark? I dont live in the hinterlands of Broward County I live in Fort Lauderdale so why 8pm and who would think thats OK? I cant imagine their workers comp insurance company knows theyre tenting houses to be filled with deadly poison gas in the dark?? Just from a liability standpoint its insane. I am very very disappointed with this company. No refunds as per their advertisements for failed service and bad service from the fumigation team
