Poor Installation, no support, terrible customer service

After a week and a half this people arent answering the phone. They took the metal and the templates for a work then vanished. Take your business somewhere else, I spoke to a guy that call himself Diego a real POS.

Horrible. These people are not reliable. Needed to make some brackets, they said they could do it and needed 3 days. After 2 and a half weeks of the same old run around story, that their machine was broken and they were going to outsource to get my job done I always heard Ill have it for you tomorrow. They then stopped answering my calls and the owner wouldnt even come outside to show his face. Finally I left a message saying that they stole my deposit and I was going to involve the police to get it back, I get a text apologizing and asking me to please come by and pick up my deposit and my sample piece I left them, at least I got my money back so I gave them 1 star for that.
