Marilyn and her team totally wowed us! We ordered from them laser-cut wedding invitations and they just nailed everything we wanted! The invites and programs came out looking high end and gorgeous!! My hubby and I requested to rush the production of those as he was flying to meet his family and wanted to deliver the invites by hand, and Marilyn worked around the clock to make sure production was done before the morning of his flight! Bravo to this business- I would highly recommend! 5 star for service and for product quality!!

Marilyn and her team did an invitation for me in 2019. It was such a great experience that we went back to her when my daughter got engaged in 2020. My daughters wedding had to be postponed 3 times as a result of the pandemic. Again, Marilyn and her team were fantastic. Each store that we visited to have wedding invitations printed told us 3 to 6 weeks. The timeframe was not condusive to us as we had to travel back in two days. I ordered a video book with LCD screen. I received and didnt immediately open the package the product was in and when I decided to open it a few weeks later: the screen was shattered. I asked for an exchange for a new one and was told that too much time has passed (17 days) This is no way to treat a customer. Do not do business with these SCAM ARTISTS.

Marilyn was so helpful during the creative process and gave us great ideas. We were so happy with how our wedding invitations and day-of signage ultimately came out. She was also always very responsive and had a quick turn-around. We would definitely use their services again in the future.

I customized a bat mitzvah invitation. Marilyn was very easy and pleasant to work with, exhibiting a lot of patience as I went through several revisions and edits. The final product was exactly what I wanted. Her prices are competitive and reasonable, and there was no pressure to upsell, as have seen by other vendors. She met my somewhat tight deadline as well. I have already gotten several compliments on the invites!

The invitations for my daughters wedding were absolutely stunning. Marilyn was so helpful in dealing with a long-distance bride and, for most of the time, a long-distance mother-of-the-bride. She provided samples of paper, ribbon, and every conceivable typeface for a very detail-oriented bride to review. Guests said it was the most beautiful they had ever seen.

We went into the shop (formerly called Stationery Bliss) back in October of 2017 and met with Marilyn to order a Ketubah for our wedding that occurred in May of 2018. She was personable and accommodating in the initial appointment and we were very happy with the product we selected. Our issues with the shop are related to responsiveness and time it took to actually complete the product (we received the final Ketubah in February 2018- 4 month’s following our order). We followed up several times to check in on the status of the order and had to go back forth several times with corrections to the agreed upon text. As time went on, it became harder to maintain constant communication. Marilyn eventually became unresponsive via email, requiring us to spend a lot of unnecessary time and energy calling to check in on the progress and make adjustments. We also found her to be defensive when concerns were brought up, not only with us but in reading reviews from others on the internet. When we eventually got the product, it was beautiful, but not worth the stress and aggravation of trying to get it. We don’t plan to work with this company in the future and encourage you to do your homework before doing business with them.
