DONT WALK AWAY, RUN!The company i work for uses this internet/phone service and they are the absolute worse. Their network is constantly going down, they are not helpful with blocking or avoiding spam calls, and they take forever to get back to you on important issues. I dont even see the bill for this but im sure its super overpriced as well. look elsewhere.

Please do not use this company. I requested a disconnect of my services back in February due to the high increases. I was advised that the fax machine would be $20 if we remained with them. Since then the fax machine has been disconnected on two occasions and I continue to be deducted monthly for $784.94 from my bank account. This last disconnect occurred Friday July 5th... and as of today we do not have fax access. We are a medical practice and utilize the fax highly on a daily basis. I continue to contact the company and they continue to provide me with ticket numbers and no one has come by to address our issue or contact me with a resolution. I am also demanding Windstream to reimburse me for payments made since March that the services were disconnect. DO NOT use this company ever. This is not the first problem Ive had with them. HORRIBLE Service!!!!!!!!!!!!

Awful customer support, constant outages. I cannot believe how this company stay in business.

I would give a 0 star but 1 is the minimum. My price has increased in 4 occasions while under contract and about 3 times after the contract ended. I tried to fix the problem by calling but every time this was unsuccessful. Last time I called the representative told us we needed to sign in order to get the price down. How am i going to sign if I been ripped off. This is my last resort, I need to tell WindStream and everyone they are ripping people off (that is the way I feel) . My price started at 1,300+- and my last bill was 1770 for the same service. I dont have a complain about the way the phone works of their support but the billing.

The WORST company to deal with in very sense of the word...Take my advice stay away before you lose tons of money and time! STAY AWAY!!!!!
