Been using the Miami cloud for over 6 months now. Very happy with both support, network quality and uptime.[ Edited]Quadranet was my first choice for hosting. After being a customer for nearly 5 years, I caught them charging me for a server that had been returned for over 6 months. Customer service quality has dropped significantly in the past year or so. Ive had tickets go unanswered and sit open for months.
