They’ve done a wonderful job with our new website. Buyers are able to see quite clearly the products that we offer and the benefits of purchasing from us over the competition. They’ve done a great job of consolidating all of our reference materials and made it a lot easier for people to request support for the products they buy. We’ve seen an increase in sales and a lot happier customers as a result of our new website. Keep up the great work!

Did a great job cleaning up bad reviews.We had a bit of an image problem after one of our restaurants was mismanaged for a few months from someone we had entrusted it to. Once we had fixed the issue and put proper management in place, we had to figure out a way to deal with the image problem. We hired DMA to assist us in improving our public image and to help restore the restaurant’s online reviews to the way they were beforehand.They were proactive in reaching out to negative reviewers to offer an opportunity to make it right while also working with us to incentivize our regular buyers to leave positive reviews. In addition to this, they put in a lot of work to renovate parts of our website to improve what people would see when they searched for our restaurant online. They also created a number of business listings online in order to push down some of the negative results.Overall, we are in a significantly better position than we were before. I have to say that we are incredibly happy with the work that DMA has done for us and it has saved us a lot of hassle and time.
