My son has social anxiety since 3 years. He is seeing a psychotherapist but, since his anxiety got worse, we wanted to try another treatment before starting with medication. My son started hypnosis with Esteban and we noticed a big improvement after the 2th session already. My son feels very at ease with Esteban and each 2 hour session is different. I am really thankful that we were able to find a personalized treatment for my son.

After over a year of contemplating hypnosis, I finally went and I couldn’t be happier I did. I don’t usually write reviews but, I felt it was important to share my experience in hopes that many other people can benefit as much as I did in four sessions with Esteban. I had met or interviewed over the phone two other hypnotherapists. Of the two, one I felt was more intent on “selling” me his services than in a genuine interest in helping me. When I spoke to Esteban over the phone I felt a warmth and interest in not only understand what was troubling me but presented clearly his fees and a package I could afford.I’m not sure what exactly happened in those four sessions but my outlook towards life began to change dramatically. I was very conscious throughout my engagement with him but there was a clear shift that took place. I don’t know if you will experience the same thing and will derive at the same outcome, but I can tell you that I have regained my confidence, outlook on life and feel joyous and happy. Esteban, is a very special human being. After 3 sessions I feel as if he has known me for a lifetime. It makes you feel very safe, listens to you with love, respect and professionalism. I recommend it 100% I started seeing results after my first session.Update April:I wanted to make an update to my previous review, since, after a couple of more sessions and listening to the personalized audio, that Esteban prepares for his clients; I can say today that I have overcome fear of the darkness by 80%, after 11 years sleeping with lights on, in a couple of weeks with the audio I am getting to sleep perfectly without any light. I think it is fair to do this update for all those who, like me, have one or more phobias, I also have astraphobia, I have not yet been able to see the results, since we are in the dry season in Miami, but surely the results will be the same. I did not know anything about hypnotherapy when I first spoke to Esteban. I had been suffering from a lot of anxiety. My body had been feeling like an anxious mess for over a year and a half. I was tired of feeling horrible in my own body. It was either this of cave to drugs. I come from a background where it is taboo to entertain holistic treatments. But I really did not want to take drugs.I was very skeptical the first visit. Not sure if it would work. But I gave it my best try. Esteban made me feel comfortable, explained the process and was very professional. After the first session I felt the best I had ever felt in a year and a half.
