This was my first time using Maidpro. I was very happy with the result. Angela worked the whole three hours and did an excellent job. This is the first thorough cleaning of my condo in over a year and a half due to the pandemic. I am very pleased with the service and may bump up my cleanings from one a month to twice a month.

Elvia is amazing!! She is not only super fast, but does great thorough work. I highly recommend her and this service. Made my moving day so much less stressful.

I own a 2,000 sq ft., 3br/3ba rental property in the Miami area. I had a tenant leave the house a mess! The refrigerator was full, there were garbage bags left in the house and they left a number of items in the kitchen and bathroom. The pros, Angela and Yonairy, showed up at 8:30am, on time, and cleaned the entire house in one morning. I was very happy with the service that I received. I was also assured that if any cleaning was not done to my satisfaction, that they would send the pros back for a free cleaning of the area that I was not satisfied with. Will definitely use them again.

Second time I use this team, and I am highly impressed by them! Patricia came today, and did an excellent job.

Patricia did a great job. She was on time, professional and really went above and beyond. My problem is with MaidPro rules...they cant climb on a step stool to clean above reach level. To me thats not a thorough cleaning especially after construction. I expect the shelves about 6 cleaned, becasue if I clean them myself after that MaidPro I will be dirting it up all over again. They also sent only one person. For a 3 bed/2.5 bathroom for a construction/move in cleaning that is not enough, even if they stayed 7 hours. Again Patricia did a great job, but MaidPro needs to revise their rule book I think.

Came to an apartment that hadnt been used in 2+ years and needed a thorough cleaning. MaidPro sent Vilma and she was incredible! Vilma really went above and beyond to make sure everything was as clean as possible, even noticing some dust on the doorbell as she excited. This was the second maid service I used. They were much better than the first. They arrived on time. We’re super professional and did a great job. Anny and Wildredo cleaned out the scuffs in my floor. Changed all the sheets. And even took everything off my shelves to dust and put everything back in the right spot! Would def recommend maid pro!

I am a former employee of Maid Pro Miami Beach. In June, July and October 2020, and in January 2021 I was sent to a customer had reported that have had cases of Covid 19 in their offices. In every instance MaidPro Miami Beach did not inform me of the customer warning. At the time there were no vaccines and the risk of getting the virus was very high.

Paid for standard clean of an empty house prior to moving in. Also paid for additional services of cleaning all windows, cabinets and appliances on the inside. They did not clean kitchen countertops, cabinets and floors. They did not clean bathroom showers, floors and countertops. They offered a reclean but not an option as we had moved the day after. Only gave a 30% credit for providing less than 50% service. Bad experience and clearly disappointing.

Olga was absolutely amazing. My house was left spotless, and my wife totally thought that I spent hours working when really I owe all of my success to Olga. Every surface was cleaned she was very detailed in Sharing with me the process and made everything effortless as I was taking conference calls she adjusted the volume of the things she needed to do. I am impressed and have used them multiple times at this point.

Bertha arrived on time and was extremely efficient and thorough. She put back everything in its place, even things inside kitchen cupboards. Really impressed and happy with our first clean.

I will not recommend you to use MaidPro. They dont care about client at all. Dont expect them to provide you with good customer service or help you even though you are a long time customer. I booked a service from them to clean my apt and had my friend open the door for them. However, the key was broken when my friend tried to unlock the door. This is totally an unpredictable accident. Therefore, I called maid pro to ask them wait for another 30 mins so that I could deliver a back up key to open the door. Also, I agreed that the waiting time could also be counted as cleaning time. However, they refused to wait and left while I was on the way to deliver the key. At the end, they charge me $270 for the cleaning.

They showed up on time and did a fantastic job. This is the best deepcleaning my house has ever had. In the kitchen, she made the stove and fridge look brand new. Same with the bathrooms, the fixtures were well shined and cleaned. The best experience I have had from cleaning service.

I found MaidPro to be an unreliable company which ignored customer service. Sometimes they provide a good cleaning, sometimes not acceptable. Another problem with this provider is no responsibility for timing. The company can start performing later than an hour ever after strictly agreeing and confirmed the start and the end time of cleaning. I had several times the unacceptable quality of cleaning. Before contacting the company, I was hoping it would be settled or fixed somehow, but only received the answer that they will let the cleaner supervisor know. Last deep cleaning, which was essential to me as I expected my guests to arrive, many bathroom cabinets were not even wiped off. The surfaces were dirty with hair, dust, stains from used toiletries. You can imagine how disgusting it is upon arriving and unpacking. The companys owner was immediately notified with a photo report, and he never responded. Is this customer satisfaction policy?

We used MaidPro for almost a year to clean our Airbnb. They were late most of the time but always did a good job. We ultimately stopped using them because the day of a check in they canceled our cleaning with no notice leaving us in a bad situation. Our review is for the lack of professionalism

I was working from home and she was able to get started and clean without any disruption. My original appointment was for Monday and maidpro was able to come early. Requested a move out cleaning. The cleaning lady cleaned for 2 hours and said she was done. Had to show her all the spots she missed for another 2 hours. Even after that the condo was still dirty. Pictures posted are after the cleaning was complete.

Milagros from MaidPro did a fantastic job for our deep clean of our Airbnb rental. She singlehandedly cleaned our entire house from top to bottom, working courteously, quietly, and safely while we were all working from home.
