Wonderful facility and experienced and knowledgeable staff. Recently taken over by new management so make sure to check date of reviews. Horses (and riders) are happy and healthy - full range of services boarding, riding, camp, all level instruction hunt seat equitation.

Wonderful place. My daughter has been riding here for more than a year and her improvement is remarkable. Family owned, well maintained grounds. Jen, her trainer, is fantastic.

I had mixed experiences with this facility. I am an experienced rider in western dressage. I wanted to learn more English riding. I purchased 4 lessons, and informed them that I wanted to ride English. They gave me an instructor named Luis. He was very nice, but he seemed to be more knowledgeable in regards to Western than English. He also didnt speak enough English for me to understand what he was correcting me on. --Also once he told me my lesson was in the evening when it was actually in the morning.. but the staff helped to correct the mistake.After two lessons with him they gave me a different instructor and she was very very good.I had no issues with the office staff, they were overall good and the manager seemed to be very friendly.I have had issues trying to call the office and schedule. Its difficult to get someone on the phone.Overall, I love this place and Im satisfied.

The owner agreed to mail me a refund my pre paid lessons that the owner Hector never honored and it’s been over a month that he agreed to mail me the money and never did!The former owners where very reputable I keep my granddaughter there for over a year with weekly lessons, the company was respectable with professional people but once the school changed hands it’s horrible! I would pay a package of $800 and was owed $350 for classes that the new owner never honored and only gave me the run around!!! I HAVE BEEN SCAMMED!!!!!

Amazing experience at this place, it’s gorgeous. Everyone was very kind and nice. Carlos was attentive and helped us on our first time riding a horse! Even though our horses were tired (it was almost 5 and they close at 6) they were very calm. Would definitely come back at a earlier time. Very good!

It’s been a pleasure getting to know Thammy and her team. We met in June 2020 and are excited to follow her and her team’s journey at Gold Stirrup Academy located at 11970 SW 64th street. Only recently bringing the Gold Stirrup Academy to 11970 SW 64th street you can sense a strong passion and care for the horses and riders success. I am looking forward to following the Gold Stirrup Academy and their many programs in horsemanship and riding development.

My 9 year old daughter received lessons for the first time and she loved it! She wants to go back every day...further she asked us to move closer for easier access. I also have another daughter wheelchair bound and to our amazement, the team at Miami Equestrian Club offered her the opportunity to ride a horse. She had and amazing time and we are thankful for their kindness and compassion, for seeing the possible instead of the impossible!

Great experience! Did a 30 minute ride with my husband. Very nice and calm horses and great volunteers to help take out customers. Would recommend

My daughter is 12 and she has the wonderful experience of volunteering here every Saturday, its what she really looks forward to. She loves it and personally I do too. The environment is just so green and beautiful. We really love it

My daughter absolutely loves Miami Equestrian! All of her teachers have been fantastic. They are punctual and professional. We have been at this club for a year now and we feel at home. I recommend them highly!

My daughter who is 9 yrs old is riding twice a week and she is enthusiastic and happy every time she goes there. Her teacher Karen is very professional and great with kids. The horses are very well treated and have a good life there. We would highly recommend this place to anyone who is in love with horses!

The place is beautiful, the horses are really friendly, and the atmosphere is perfect. The only thing I didnt like about this place is the organization. When I went there, there was nobody at the office despite the place being open. We went there just to go on a trail ride, but one of the trainers said they were using most of the horses for lessons that they were giving. They shouldnt prioritize just the kids taking lessons, they should try giving service to everyone.

Picking a riding facility can be an overwhelming task. We selected this facility based on the initial reviews. My daughters horse was saddled up and ready to go for her 1 hour lesson.At no point during the process were we told that she would just be walked into the field to ride the horse independently. She was provided with a very young volunteer who had no little to no experience with horses on his first day. We were told that the horse she was given was a mild mannered horse who never runs. That was not the case with this horse today who simply started trotting at a fast pace.Please make sure you request a trainer for your session if you are an inexperienced rider.

My son and daughter had an unforgettable time at the summer camp.They learned not only how to ride, but also how to take care of the horse as well. I was very pleased with the quality and attention that my children received. The instructors were fun and charismatic. We loved it and are looking forward to next summer.

Absolutely the best school in Miami. In 3 classes, my boys are galloping at a slow speed. The instructor, Edwardo is so particular about the posture, how to get to know the horse, take care of it. All in all the best decision we made for our boys. They wait for Sunday to go ride!Dimple Panthaki.

This is the best equestrian center I have been to in Miami, excellent trainers, well kept horses, lovely facility and very professional staff. my grandaughter is taking her first lessons and I feel she is in good hands and she loves it!!!

This was the worst experience I have ever had. The staff including the manager were extremely distasteful and not helpful and looked telling me they couldn’t care less about their customers. The grooms only spoke Spanish and it was impossible to get any help because he didn’t understand anything we said. The horses had no desire to go out and ride and we were given no basic instruction about what to do in that case. When I explained everything to the manager he seemed like he could care less and had no rebuttal just said sorry that happened and kept cutting me off. Would stay as far away as possible and would never recommend to anyone I cared about!!!!!

Adorable ponies, the place is beautiful, is a little pricey but it is a worthwhile experience, kids love this place.
