My biggest problem with going to the gym was that I lacked accountability. I didnt have anyone to push me so I never saw results. Joining Live Free Crossfit was the best decision I could make. Not only are the Zone Training classes very effective, but the environment is a very enjoyable one that keeps you coming back. Every day the workout is different. The coaches engage with each person and give you the motivation to keep pushing. The atmosphere is always a fun one and everyone always has a smile on their face. You feel like you are part of a team, and eventually become part of a family. Live Free Zone gives you such a unique experience that will have you never wanting to go to another gym again.

Everyone who coaches and works here is extremely friendly and helpful. They really make you feel like they’re invested in you and your health. The classes make you sweat and I’ve started seeing results within a month!!

I found out about Live Free Zone Training bc of a Groupon. I live nearby and had a month unlimited. I had just moved to Miami and I was struggling to find a new gym fam. I go 5 times a week so finding the perfect fit is important.Oscar welcomed me from day one. He remembered my name and made sure to encourage me during classes. The Zone team is really dedicated to helping you improve. They don’t just let you do the movements and slack off. They watch you-improve your form, cheer you on, and push you to do better than your last class.I also got my husband to try it. He isn’t as workout obsessed as me. But now he is.They really make it fun. Needless to say, we both became members and it was the best decision we have made. We feel like we have a fitfam here in Miami.If you are curious about fitness but feel intimidated i would suggest starting here. They will welcome you with open arms. And the workouts are insane-in a good way. (Who wants an easy workout?? I came to sweat!).
