I fully agree with Juans assessment of GlovaLink. GlovaLink was simply not up to the task of being XPOs agent, they are NOT a CFS carrier as much as they claim to be. What is to look into?? It is simply about your failureto deliver which made unhappy customers. XPO got smart and dropped you...end of story

I feel that I got scammed by a person at this location. Someone supposedly named Antonio Jose Montalvo Marroquin who bought an item from me on eBay and had it shipped to this location never returned it after obtaining a refund. He alleged that I did not send the correct item and asked for a refund, I approved the refund and sent an apology, just trying to be a good seller. However, somehow I never received my item back and eBay refunded the money to the buyer. Since then I have been trying to contact everyone to resolve this, but after weeks of trying with no response from the buyer, I dont have neither the money or the item, and I am quite upset. Because they have instructions for everyone who takes delivery, cargo, shipments etc etc, do you have to scan your identity and leave it only a copy in your system?. It is a clear violation of the privacy law of people. It is already a document where it goes Your private address. They should only take the number and name that is what serves to identify who arrives with merchandise if the customs authorities require it ... otherwise they do not have an order by arrival of each truck and they delibery. by knowing or preference. bad service. even bad treatment of the manager has no ways of dialogue sensibly.

Horrible this company to make a delivery. 3 hours online to deliver only 1 pallet. Not crazy I do an export here. The worst service to deliver goods in Miami. I do not advise anyone !!!!!!!!
