Desinfection and fogging: SERVPRO has a service for COVID cleaning that goes further than other companies. We hired the service because one of our workers got infected with Covid. Carolina helped us with everything we needed to know and do and scheduled service done a few hours later. She is amazing. She came in person and explained to us about the procedure, the special product that would be used, and its effectiveness. In less than 24 hours, we went back to the office with the peace in mind that we would be safe.

The company sent a crew around 10 pm, although they responded and set up the fans quickly, I was not informed of the process, I signed a lot of forms, would have taken an hour to read. I didnt get a copy of anything. For 5,500 dollars I expected a lot more service. They did moisture checks as scheduled I suppose. My house a week later is a mess. Not like their moto, like nothing ever happened . No one has called for follow up. Very dissatisfied and disappointed, .especially when I read so many positive reviews. And as for both customer surveys where we supposedly gave you the highest ratings, the forms were blank.
