I was recommended to this facility by a friend. Terrible experience, the office manager was very unprofessional, and the male receptionist always sounded like he was out of it. Beware!
HAVE THEY CLOSED!?!?! No communication from them and can’t reach anyone despite calls, voicemails, emails and even faxes!
If you want to get ridiculed for some serious issues you’re having feel free to make your appointment here. This place is a joke and should consider getting psychs that are less judgemental and probably even younger so they’re not bitter and rude. They don’t care about their patients well-being. They don’t even deserve the star.
My original appointment with was on Jan 15th. I come to the office to find out it was cancelled and supposedly they called the week before to tell me. I never got a call and I don’t have voicemail so even they did call they should have called again until they reached me. Erika did not have any appointments available for the following tuesday so I was rescheduled for Jan 29. Again, three hours before I get a call that ‚something came up’ and she had to cancel again! I almost considered cancelling but decided to give it one more chance. Again, no appointment available a week later so made it for Feb 13. It is 11:30, my appointment is in 4h and of course I get a call that something came up again and Erika won’t be in the office so they ask me to reschedule again. It does not seem to me that their patients are a priority to them so I decided not to reschedule. Nobody has an emergency come up three times in a row and doesn’t even try to make it right in any shape or form. I do not recommend.
I recently had a newborn and i had seen Dr. Raoli before. I was having a lot of post partum anxiety and depression so I made an appointment to see her in a week but asked her office if I could get a refill on the medication I had been taking while I wait for the appointment. I went through hurdles to get the pharmacy to fax her the request when she could have just told me she was going to deny the request from the get-go, despite my telling her office that I just had a baby and that I’m having major anxiety and stomach cramps from the low appetite from the anxiety. When I asked to speak with the doctor the male receptionist told me she left for the day even though he had told me earlier that she did not leave until 4 pm. I told them that it is very inconsiderate of them and that they have no care for their patients; he said he was not doing this on purpose; I told him I was going to find another doctor—so unprofessional and rude.
Dr. Raoli is very knowledgeable on treatments and information that is new in psychiatry. My daughter also attends for therapy and it has helped her tremendously
I loved Dr. Musavi. She would do anything to help me.
Terrible receptionist, call to make an appointment and she kept me on hold for so many times. It was very rude too
