We needed to rent a big trencher which we have done before. They didnt have one in working order so they told us the small one should work fine for us. It didnt do the job, the pull string broke . We are blown away that they charged us for the rental at all. Now we will take our business elsewhere and not recommend ever. Unreal!!

I had a mower reserved for today. Came in to pick it up and it hasnt been returned. Grant told us he would call them at 8 to see if it was going to be returned. Left to go eat breakfast, called back to see if mower was returned and was informed that he had rented to next person in line because we left store. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and customer service is terrible. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend using True Value rental. I myself will never use this rental company again. Guaranteed
