Their billing is ridiculous. They charge you to review their bill with them and then when they try and slip in additional charges that should have been included in the lump sum portion they say its an accounting coding problem. They told me they had trouble reaching people at the city (time they certainly billed me for) and I walked right in and spoke with the right people and got answers quickly.

Horrible customer service. Employees are rude and unhelpful..absolutely do not recommend this company.
