I took a wrong turn and bumped in this place on a Sunday. I had my 2010 BMW misfiring, so I decided to check it out. Went in as a walk-in not expecting much of this little place, but I was wrong. Pablo treated me very professionally, did a free diagnostic, told me what was wrong, and with a lot of product knowledge, and detail. fix my 2010 BMW. Highly recommended.

My prius car suddenly stall during driving. so I towed my car to that palce as towing company said it is closest mechanic. It is the first time I visit it.I dropped the car at parking, the business owner pablo checked my car battery, which shows battery is weak. He said he need to do more checkup, but I need to wait for 2 hours before he can do it. I thought I could seek a second opinion during waiting since one mechanic told me over the phone there might be some complicated circuit problems. so I am planning to another store right next to do it for checkup. Pablo immediately yelled at me and threaten to call police if i dont pay him $50 for the 1 minute battery checkup. Pablo even took out his phone to pretend he will call police right way. hehe, I had no clue why he is so rude and mad at me. I understand he hate his competitor. But I am the customer,I had every right to seek various opinions before I make a decision.I paid him $50 and left. It isnt worth arguing with this guy for $50Pablo is senseless and still need to learn how to treat his customer from ABC. I will be very surprised he know how to repair a relatively complicated car problem, as he even cant figure out the simplest mechanism related to his customer.I will let all friends around me know how bad this store is. The business owner is very rude. The price is way too high. stay away from Pablo.
