Pamela & Danielle were pleasant to deal with and very responsive. Not your typical staffing firm. Would recommend.

Used in the past and using now RPL. What I am about to say is the honest truth; their motto should be they care about their personnel’s.They have integrity, professionalism and most important a human touch. They listen and their placements are unique. They don’t just fill positions, they get you the job you want and need for long term.I really recommend RPL as your next avenue to search for your right role.

Nadine, Recruiter, called me for a position the company had available. I scheduled an appointment to meet with her to discuss the open position, according to her the client requested a face to face interview. Come Monday morning she emailed me the application reminding me to complete it. I drove 45 mintues to get to the office fill out an application just for her to tell me the position was filled and ask me if I would be interested in an internship. She could have informed me of that via email that morning and not add me to her body count of interviewees. That was very unprofessional!

I was extremely dissatisfied with their work. The recruiter who received my resume online scheduled a Skype interview with me (I was relocating) and then stood me up with no notice even after having confirmed the meeting earlier that day. This was after two weeks of telephone tag.Once I moved down here the same recruiter picked up my resume again, and naively, my patience encouraged me to give them another shot. The initial meeting went fine. The company they sent me to for an interview was great. I was excited. The company seemed excited.Unfortunately, the recruiter refused the offer on my behalf without my consent (they usually ask you before they go into negotiations with a hiring company do I have your consent to accept or reject an offer on your behalf). He had never asked me for my consent to reject an offer. I never signed anything releasing the authority for him to accept or reject on my behalf. So, by the time he got back to me about any updates on the interview and the offer at $1 less in rate the job had already been rejected (by him on my behalf). During my initial meeting with my recruiter I had given him a price point or a range for rate that Id like. The company came back to him with a rate that was $1 less. But I liked the company so much and saw the potential to move up that a dollar less up front wasnt a big deal to me. I told him that I was fine with that rate and he said he would try to contact them to see what could be done. But of course, by that time they had already extended the position to someone else. They liked me so much that they said if it didnt work out with the other person that they would contact me as I was their first choice. So, basically my recruiter lost me a job over a $1.The lack competence, due diligence, and communication there is extremely disappointing. I would not recommend their agency.Fortunately, I found another job soon after. Unfortunately, even after I extended the courtesy of letting my recruiter know about my new position (the same courtesy I had extended to the two other agencies I was working with) he still continues to call and email about open positions he think would be a good fit for me. ~_~Umm... did you not write down or take note that I already told you I got a job? Thats the level of competence Ive had to deal with in working with them.
