I went today for a root canal that I was dreading! The staff welcomed me and made me feel at ease. Dr.Boada was absolutely amazing talked me through every step he made while preforming the procedure. I have never had a dental visit go so smoothly! They have made a life long patient out of me.

Great professional team at the west kendall location. I was pretty nervous at first with the deep cleaning but they make you feel comfortable and take their time with you. My teeth feel amazing! Amazing staff that always takes care of you.

I’m someone who had been traumatized by dentists in the past. My life changed when I started going to South Dental, after my mother in law recommended them. I was skeptical at first but after the few visits I learned that receiving treatment shouldn’t ever have to be extremely painful. All the doctors in this office know exactly where to inject you (in less than 4 places), so that you don’t feel a thing. This was new to me because the dentists from my past would partially numb me and cause me extreme pain. I’m so grateful for everyone in this office from the front desk staff to the doctors. Rakel works miracles with my difficult schedule and goes above and beyond to help me coordinate my procedures. They took extremely good care of me when I had my wisdom teeth removed. I would highly recommend this office to everyone.

The dentist wasn’t even in the office! My teeth were cleaned rather aggressively (I wasn’t offered glasses or goggles as a form of personal protective equipment; standard at most dentists) and I got Xrays (I was never asked if I may be pregnant or expecting) and the dentist still never showed! I asked for my paperwork and the receptionist said they couldn’t give it to me until the Dentist saw me and told me to continue waiting. I had already been there over an hour and was waiting for the dentist to show without being attended for over 30 minutes. I informed the receptionist to have the dentist call me. Its been 2 hours since my scheduled appointment and over an hour since I left. I was under the impression that as soon as the dentist would have heard about me leaving he/she would’ve called to apologize, but it has been over an hour since I have left and still no call! How is it possible to schedule appointments for patients when the dentist isn’t even present?! Absolutely terrible care. I’ve been going here for years and every time patient care is mediocre. After this experience, I will never return.

South Dental is an amazing office with wonderful staff. The front desk has helped me with my needs and have always listened to my needs. They really take the time to hear you out and accommodate you. The doctor is amazing and whenever I get work done it’s painless.

Every time I visit this office every one is super nice and I’ve never had to wait anymore than the usual expected time. Terrible experience. Service was BEYOND poor, and treatment just as bad. A bi-annual cleaning shouldnt leave someone in more pain than before they came in. And follow ups for that very pain were shrugged off for more painstaking time to see if it would just happen to get better with time despite it causing time off work. Refused to handle pain issue with any care or remorse for what was likely their fault since there wasnt any pain before.
