If you want to see the quality of the service of this company, you just have to go to the Hyde building in Hollywood, and you can see how bad a company like this can do to a building.Totally off-market prices, they take several days to give an answer, they fix something to last only a few days.Please protect your building, and do not contract this technical service.

Awful service. We are under a new ownership and management group and we have had issues with our elevators for the past 2 months. Whenever we have someone come fix it, it will only be effective for 20 minutes and then breaks down again.The account manager is impossible to get a hold of and looks very bad for our business when the elevators are out of order. We understand elevators are tricky and ours are very old, but Thyssenkrupp should be vocal in what we need to do get it fixed in the short term. We are due for renovations and were going to use them for the full modernization, but not anymore if they cant even simply get our elevators working properly. Disappointed does not give justice to how upset we are with Thyseenkrupp.

Very disappointed with the office not returning phone call.my account manager Matt is the only person i can count on to return my calls. i left messages with 3 different people and no return calls.this is very critical as my elevator has been down since Friday.

This company rips you off!!! they come and fix an elevator that will break again in a week. their technicians always show up with bad attitudes as if they dont want to be at work and it reflects very poorly on the business. Also they take FOREVER to come do a job because they want you to pay the after hours costs. LOOK ELSEWHERE !!!!

We manage numerous properties and do business with a number of elevator companies. Thyssenkrupp Miami has got to be the worse of the worse. It is absolutely poorly managed. the Technicians lie to the managers and customers about going to repair locations and making repairs. Managers never come to the phone and never speak to complaining customers, medical buildings are left for days without elevator service and there is NO ONE to talk to, but the dispatch girl, which keeps you on hold for what seems to be forever. No wonder the employees write good reviews, they get paid and do NOTHING. of course its a great place to work

HORRIBLE-an absolute abomination. We have been waiting 2 months to get 2 elevators repaired. The company has sent technicians at least 5 times and still we do not have working elevators while we continue to pay. Like dealing with the mafia we unfortunately have a contract with this company and are stuck with them. They are abysmal!!

This brand is frustrating. We live in a MELO building (25 Mirage) and these elevators are breaking at least once a month. We only have two elevators in our building which cuts usage by 50%. Not sure if it’s because the product is terrible or there is some incompetence; there are always “parts being ordered.” Do they not keep parts at a warehouse here in Miami? Get it together.
