Everybody knows how much stress we have when we go to the board exams and how much help we need to relax, and this is what the team in this location does; they noted when you are nervous and tried you to feel comfortable.I am always looking at spaces for my exams (3) in this particular location; they are very professional, educated, and great customer service. I went to other locations ones and services were very poor compared with this one. I recommend to Pearson Vue that take the team from US1 and train all the workers in the other locations, and the company will increase the customer service.

Easy to find. Go to the side of the Ross store (which is below the Pearson center) and there will be a ramp that will take you up to some free rooftop parking. There will be a small washed out white sign with dark blue letters spelling Pearson to the left of a giant sign with white letters advertising DSW . Go though the doors under the gray awning and straight down the hall. The first double doors to the left are the doors to the center. Good luck to anyone taking exams! 🍀

DO NOT go to this center to take any Board exam. This people are extremely rude, they make every little thing an issue to cancel your test opportunity, they won’t try to help you at all. The old blonde heavy lady asked not to complete the survey at the end of my test, that’s ilegal because that’s a right of every person that goes there. Definitely the worst experience I have ever had.

They moved a year ago to another location without notify personvue!!! I went to take my test and the security told me that they moved a long ago !! Its a waste of time !!!

Very bad services. The security said I had transmitters in my ear plugs after I complained to GMAC about the A/C that blew in my head. GMAC cancelled my test without investigating. They reinstated it after my demand for a big punitive payment. Should I take them to court?

The people who work here are robots, capable of screwing up anyones life. My daughter tried to examine and when filling out the application on the website, only one box is shown for the last name, logically she only put the first last name while a driving license has both last names. So they believe they did not let her take the exam, even though the name coincided, the date of birth coincided until they told her that there was no doubt that it was her but that the rules did not allow.
