Our salesperson, Nelson, was very knowledgeable and professional. He recommended Lions Moving for their competitive pricing. Our move time was set for a Sunday at noon, but were notified that morning that the moving truck broke down on the way to us in OH. We called Nelson (on a Sunday) and he picked up the call on his day off and helped us get in contact with the moving company owner, and stayed in contract throughout the day. Luckily another local employee stepped in and got another truck and arrived a few hours later. Tim and his team were friendly and efficient, and after packing the truck he left and promised to deliver everything the very next day in NC. Tim kept his promise and arrived the next day in NC and unpacked the truck and assembled everything by himself. We ended up moving less than what we estimated and paid for upfront, and Rita helped us get a refund right away for the amount we overpaid upfront. Great service!Ellen D.

The worst experience! They were initially friendly and responsive and matched me with a company for my out-of-state move. They told me that they only have reputable moving companies in their list and promise me great customer support on their part.The moving company (Simba Movers) stood me up 5 time during the initial pick-up! When they showed up at my destination, they were missing one large item from my move and had a truck full of things that didnt belong to me. The mover told me that they were only supposed to do my delivery, return the truck and fly back home, so they will probably just dump the other things! (even offered me to take them if I want!).I had to call iMoving multiple times to get an answer. Finally they told me that they cannot do anything about it and its a dispute between me and the moving company.If you care about your valuables, go with a company that value you as a customer and support you when a dispute happen. Dont make moving more stressful than it should be by using iMoving.

Lorna-was my main contact during a very stressful time in anyone’s life, a long distance MOVE!! Firstly, she was extremely thorough and patient in explaining the process and how they operate as a whole. The idea is an equivalent to a search engine like hotels.comLorna went above and beyond to fix a little hiccup along the way with a moving company we where working with. This is when going to a company like IMOVE.com works it’s magic. Your price is locked in and they search a better fit. Very impressed with this brokerage company. They were extremely professional and responsive to our moving needs. They gave us options to work with and advised us on which movers they would recommend based on past experiences. We had booked for a certain day and then the moving company had declined service after the booking. I thought it was going to be a logistical disaster with only a couple days before the move, but iMoving cured this issue perfectly. We are impressed and would highly recommend.

Johnson moving and storage moved my belongings. This company does not have professional movers, they have guys who move furniture. My couch and chair to a dining room table were damaged among other things. My furniture was scratched up badly. They scratched my newly painted wall up and now maintenance has to come and do touch up painting. The movers showed up at 10:45 am. I requested that they show up earlier like 8 am. The move did not end until 7:30 pm. The movers came in with masks, but did not wear them when they were moving my items. I had my mask on the entire time. They used my bathroom like they were at home. They asked for water, they smoked cigarettes, they were on their cell phones, and they were arguing amongst each other. I asked them to take some pictures, they told me to put them in my car. I left prior to meet them at the new apartment. It took them almost an hour to come from the old apartment when it should have taken them 15 minutes. When I left the old apartment, everything was on the truck. I believe they stopped and took a lunch break and got something to eat. I say them throwing away a bag of trash with maybe food in it when they got to the new place. After they left, I discovered they had thrown the water bottles outside on the ground when there was a trash can nearby.

My experience with iMoving was great my movers were on time actually they were a little early which was fine. Very professional, very friendly. Nothing was broken or scratched. They disassembled my bed a chair and put them back together. They even volunteered to take some things that I couldnt put in my car or my brothers truck. The overall experience was great. I dont plan on moving anytime soon but if I do in the future I will use iMoving again.

Great experience with iMoving and the team they hired to move us. Very professional all the way around. The payment to the actual moving company could have been made clear to them better as I would have paid them in addition to iMoving had I not made a call to iMoving when the moving company requested payment. But, it also was handled professionally and overall Im giving them a 5 star rating.

Although I did not go with iMoving services for my move from Austin to Fort Worth, Jose was BEYOND accommodating! He was very professional and efficient in getting everything scheduled. Although I ended up finding a better fit for my needs, I would still trust Jose with future needs while moving.

They are professional and friendly but I believe that it is too expensive to have the service. When you call you sometimes have to leave a voice mail but they get back to you in time. They will get you a reputable mover and the time requested. The reason that I gave three stars was because of the price that I had to pay. Update: The owner of the company that moved me said that they would have charge me $1800 for the move not $2,900 for the move. It is ridiculously expensive. If I ever move again I will not use Imove. Plus, they put my iMac computer at the bottom of a box where it could of been destroyed. On top of that they arrived a day early then expected. We had to rush home to meet them. They had so many people in our house. It was ridiculous.

We ended up not using iMoving however, Jose did a fantastic job helping me to get a quote that I felt was reasonable. He was very courteous, professional, and very kind-hearted. If anyone ask for a mover to use I will definitely recommend i Moving. Job well done Jose thanks for everything.

By far this is the greatest and easiest move that I ever had. I had a great experience using this website. I was calling around to so many local moving companies to get different quotes until I found this one stop shop for my move. I went on this website and put in all of stuff to be moved then my to and from addresses and at the end I got different quotes from various moving companies near my area that were available to do my job. I chose the company that fit my needs. The company called me to confirm my inventory. Then the movers called me a day prior to my move and confirmed a pick up time. They showed up early the next day and delivered the same day. This is an excellent website that I recommend to everyone.

What a great service ...The iMoving platform is a very simple easy to use interface and good way to reconcile and find best solution to your moving needs. The mover that I picked was correctly represented by iMoving, they did a wonderful job and every thing went as planned. iMoving helped me with questions I had and gave me some moving tips. I’ve moved few times before and it was always a nightmare no matter how I did it. This time, unlike my previous moves, there was no shouting, cursing, or threats made. iMoving even helped me with a minor conflict I had with the movers on the day of delivery.
