This locker went down for repair and my package could not be delivered. Was not notified by the Amazon team and I sat around waiting for my package untill 9pm. The package delay was indefinite until the locker could be fixed.

Amazon lockers are always the best because of how easy they are to use. The Miami locker especially is very nice and of quality.

Tremendous lie. Everything they offer you. You pay at the moment for your product that you bought. And they do not reimburse you for your money if they do not do a process that you did not do when buying. And if they remind you of many days, they do so to a card that is not the tulla with which you bought. This review is for Amazons delivery service that I consider extremely lousy at least in Miami for nothing safe when they leave the package on the street as it has happened today despite the delivery notifications that I have left in the application. The millionaire Amazon company does not care at all about the security or the expense or the sacrifice that millions of customers have to make, including myself to buy the products it sells. It is unheard of that so many irresponsible people are employed in this important customer role. Despite the tracking service, I consider this service terrible because the client cannot always be stuck to this function all the time to safely receive a paid service that was also delivered on a day that was not expected taking into account the data of the arrival of Delivery. It is not the first time something similar has happened to me with amazon and I have had several problems with them and the deliveries. I was previously given a broken box of equipment that I bought and which was notified. There are several inconveniences for the same reason. I prefer and almost most of my orders are made by Ebay which I consider safer because it goes directly to my mailbox and in the worst case and due to the size of the product at my door House. If you appreciate your money and want to feel safe in the delivery of your order, I do not recommend the amazon service at all.
