Very good customer service and friendly knowledgable staff

Bad customer service, I went to buy parts for my fence, I grabbed a number and I waited 45 min because they were talking about what they did on the weekend and what they were gonna do in the weekend and customers were there waiting to be helped.

I’ve known these this guy for a pretty long time now Tony and Peter are great Businessman and great friends I love doing business with them These guys know what are you doing

The worst customer service ever. Do not buy from here. They pride themselves on selling defective parts and or motors(like new). The moment you inform them of the issues they try to pin it on you. They will bring one of their guys ; The professional to try and convince you that you are the one at fault I am very displeased as to the way they operate. The guy that works there Peter ... was rude upon hearing the issue ... Definately quick to take your money. But you would die of old age before they accept responsibility for selling you their New wont work for what you want it product. I now have a motor for my gate thats more handy to me as an end table. Please do your research and find somewhere else to buy all your garage door and gate accessories. These people suck big time and have no shame. Do not operate your business as a dealer for remote access either you will be put through many embarassment with your clients.
