The worst of the worst...sent from Jx at least 4 certified emails with tracking numbers every time reach mia.distribution center is delayed and delayed and never arrived to destination..opened even a case never got response back.... this is so unpeofessional.. cannot imagine what will happened if you just use stamps... i paid certified mail 4.15 and my checks never arrived had to deal with late payment call attorney to proof that you lost it ... and i am.about to to sue you as well.. thisIs not professional at all.... the worst of the worst...

Why dont you change the name of your business? Why did you even choose a name like international distribution center, Inc in the first place? I mean, its a bit boring dont you think? Youre business name is also your business description. Not only is that lazy (not a quality I look for when I need to centrally distribute my internationals) but its making your employees miserable. I hope you offer a competitive benefits package for the poor souls you pay to answer the phones at that place. In fact Id like to offer your phone operators a bit of advice. If you answer the phone, say the first few words in your greeting hello and thank you for calling international distribu- then hang up the phone. Eventually the caller will assume youre having trouble with your phone systems and stop calling. Its not even like youll be risking the loss of any business since it seems that 95% of your callers are trying to call the USPS anyway.On that note, I have a package thats been stuck at the USPS Miami international distribution center since August 6th. Can you help me out with that?

We shipped a parcel to the Netherlands on 12/21/2020 from Lowell, MA, priority mail insured for the full value of the content. This is the second shipment we did for the very same merchandise since an earlier parcel returned unclaimed (this merchandise is already paid for by the recipient) after almost three months. We had to pay postage again ($ 72.00). It took 9 days to get to Miami International Distribution Center and according to USPS tracking is IN TRANSIT to the destination since December 30th but it does not appear on the foreign tracking system.I have a feeling, from previous experiences, that when a package stays in transit too long it might get lost. CAN ANYBODY DO SOMETHING?If there are issues due to the pandemic or other matters, either in US or in a foreign country, why dont you warn your customers? Who is supposed to know about it? We ship a lot of packages but it isnt our business to deliver them. We know about our business and we pay for our mistakes.You should do the same. Thank you January 8th 2021

As a intentional distributor of G wagon parts I do not understand why these people are being used a punching-bag for what is clearly USPS mistake. Addmitingly I was about to leave a negative review until I done some extra research to realize that these poor fellas had a influx of negative reviews. Id like to apologize for them. Leaving a 5 star review to help bolster this business back up.

I understand you have problems with Google but your bad reviews arent because you arent the USPS, its because the people answering the phone are rude and sarcastic. Youre a business and if you have to answer the phone 100 times a day and explain you arent the USPS, then, yes youd probably be frustrated but taking it out on people trying to find their packages doesnt help your business.

I HATE when my international packages come through the Miami Distribution center! It got there 4 days ago and I just received a notification this morning saying that it just now departed. I thought it would be saying that its here in Atlanta. Whenever my packages come through New York theyre always on the move and the same goes for the other locations that handle incoming international mail (Chicago and Los Angeles). As a matter of fact, my packages from New York usually reach my state within 2 days after clearing customs. Its always Miami ISC and their distribution center. Sorriest group of people I swear!Edit: I woke up to another notification this morning saying that my package has departed that godawful place. So thats FIVE days its just been sitting there! Am I now going to be receiving notifications everyday that it departed when it actually hasnt? Ugh its a package that Ive been excitedly waiting for almost a month to get from China and now it reaches the states and this happens. I truly hate that location!

Not understanding people if they are being told that this is not a USPS place, they keep saying bad things about the site they are not to blame.

Express shipping could be a bit faster waiting for nearly over 2 weeks horrible management should take 1.5 week, its a 3 star just terrible.

This has to be the worst USPS mailing facility on the planet. Parcel arrived here on March 30 2020. Its JUNE 26th 2020 and the parcel hasnt left!! What a disgrace!

I will never use their service again because its horrible. I sent a package to Haiti since May 23rd, and its been in transit since May 28th, and today is June 5th. The package was supposed to be delivered within 4-7 business day. I called and waited for 1h 20 min until someone could talk to me and said she could not tell me where my package is because its first-class mail... My package is lost after paying $23 for shipping.

I had no issues at this location it arrived and departed within a half hour and my package was 34 pounds.

Cigarette smoker-sounding lady who answers the phone is a liar. Tells me they arent the MIAMI international distribution center, just the regular one (even though the area code of the number is 305), then she gave me the usps customer service number and tells me thats the miami location. Jesus... what a bad liar.

Can I give negative star reviews? This place is absolutely horrible - I spoke with a woman on the phone who was LITERALLY CRAZY and started yelling at me and was obviously lying to me. She kept saying WE ARENT THE POSTAL SERVICE even though I never mentioned that. I asked her what they were and she kept saying a private company that receives packages and then ships them internationally. So I asked to packages from USPS come through you and she just BSed and started yelling again. It was awful and obviously her intent was to just get me off the phone. Oh and the first time I called she hung up immediately. Really frustrated.

I live like an hour away from this place and my package still hasnt came after amazon said it has left the place about 6 times someone tell me if they got there package when they order something and it went through this place.
