Would give zero stars if it was possible. Very unprofessional. Checked in at 9:30am. 1:30pm and they are still in the unloading process. Shouldn’t take 4 hours to unload product that you ordered. This will be my last time at this facility.

Was kinda nervous after reading the reviews but my experience was good. A little tricky to get to but not bad. I would recommend early arrival. Plenty of parking, although signs say “no parking”. Park and walk to gate. Take ALL info, pen and a mask to be cautious (long walk). Fill out pre sign in form provided wit name and phone number etc. Perishable products can sign in at 0530. Non perishable at 0730. Go back to truck and wait. Good luck. Got a little crazy but no real problem. Attitude is everything.

Absolutely no reason other than pure incompetency why it should take over five hours to unload only four pallets. What adds insult to the whole process is this is standard for this company nationwide. Absolutely no regard for drivers needs.

Horrible place, there is no respect for anyone, the security woman is rude and rude, she is going to demand the mask but does not wear it, the line to enter is chaos, the last ones who arrive run to the office and leave their truck blocking the rest, this is disgusting

It was my 1st time bringing a delivery in to this location ill just say have patience when your there. They are pretty busy throughout the day. So to avoid trucks blocking the entryway and exit. Just park on the street it the two cmv lanes are full. Get out of you truck check in with security. That will take a while but once checked in they will if they dont give you a door right away call you within 20 minutes of checking in. The unloading process is long for good reason so agian just be patient. Most likely your load items need to counted for accuracy after unloading before you get you bills.

This is the worth scenario that you can have as a truck driver. Appointment:09:00am. Checked in at 08:00 got door at 8:30. And is 4:00 pm and I’m still on door. How some driver can write a good comment for this people in Miami,Florida. Come on man. This is something that you have to keep in your mine when you get a load to this place. Appt at noon. Door at 1:45 PM and out at 4:45 PM for 1/3 of a trailer load. Cant imagine if it was full. Park on the street and walk to guard shack to check in. They will get your number and call you. Be here early. I got in line to check in over an hour before appt and gate pass had time of 15 minutes before appt on it. Avoid at all cost. Not worth it

I had a pretty good experience here today I had never been here before but figured out real quick that you need to park in the second or third lane and just leave yourself room to pull out for when they call you. But anyway go up front and wait in line to hand them your paperwork and they will call you with a dock number. Got there at 9:30 a m for a 10 appointment and they called me at 10:05 and put me in a door. At 10:55 I was empty and driving away. The only reason for four stars was the security guard up front who is a larger black lady with crazy blonde hair LOL was kind of rude and seemed like she hated everybody and didnt want to be there. But overall a pretty decent experience

This is a live review from C&S Wholesale grocers in Miami FL. 06/21/21. This is by far the worst place I’ve offloaded in the over 10 years of driving. Been sitting in the door (21) since 9:45am and it’s now 2:10pm reefer still running and still not offloaded. There’s no contact with anyone. You try to go in and the sign say absolutely no drivers should enter, you try to talk to security and they’ll tell you, you have to wait on the receivers to contact you. So I’m at the mercy of a receiver wether or not they want to work on a full truck load or just f... around with all the partial loads and when the shift changes someone will get to my load... Never pulling any load to this facility ever. And urge all my fellow owner operators be weary of this place.

So far so good. Appt: 0700AM. Checked in @ 0550. Waiting in line for door assignment. Security starts letting trucks in the gate @ 0515AM. Once parked, take your paperwork, P.O.# with you to the Guard House. Fill out small piece of paper they have with all of your info, Truck#, Trailer#, Your Name, Name of your company and your P. O.#. Wait in your truck for a door assignment.

Check in at 6:30am for 9am appointment. By 8:30am was already empty. Security are really nice ladies. Unloaded fast. Great job guys

The security girls at the gate are rude, lazy, incompetent, and they deliberately slow walk the drivers. If you have a noon time appointment you should probably get there at 5am that morning! And you might be out by 1 or 2 pm! They violate your God given right to breath freely over this convid hoax!! 1 star is generous for this review, if I could give it a negative 5 stars I would!! Absolutely never want to come back!

Well arrived at 3am for an 11am appointment. Perishable check in @5am Grocery at 7:30am. Drove past all kinds of trucks lining the employees entrance and came around back and got in lane 2 for trucks. Took paperwork to guard shack had to provide ID, PO#, truck/trailer#, carrier and your appointment time. I’m checked in waiting for call about door assignment at 7:37am. Now I wait….Backed in door, chocked and disconnected, left BOLs and seal in trailer at 9am. So far so good. Stated unloading me almost immediately. It’s all off my truck at 9:30 BUT getting the BOLs back is a different story… They got me within their 2 hour window. Could have been a little better. Went from 5 stars to 3 because of waiting.

Park in lane 2 or 3, walk to the guard window and check in. I waited 1-1/2 hours for a door (still docked before my appointment time), but was unloaded with paperwork in hand less than an hour later. Pretty smooth process to me. Perhaps the signage could be better located, its posted up by the front near the guards. It should be posted as you enter the lanes too.

Appointment at 7AM, it is now 11:00AM, I am still waiting to be called.When I arrived trucks were everywhere and had to wait on the street for an hour just to be able to enter the parking area.Security had to came around 3 times to send trucks away as everything was stuck and truckers leaving the property could not exit.Then you walk with the papers and get on line to do the check in 35 minutes than you go back to the truck and wait.They need to have more people doing the check in and they need to have a parking place inside the property for people to park and wait to be called.

02/26/2021 Appt time-10:00, Arrival time-09:13, in Dock-09:40, leaving the facility-12:25. Just a little over 3 hrs to unload 24 pallets, not bad, I’ve experienced a lot worse. The guards were polite to me so I’m giving this place 5 ⭐️’s. I’d have no problem delivering here again.Here’s the procedure. Pull into lanes 2 or 3 and park. Walk to guard house and sign in. Once you get dock assignment pull around other trucks via lanes 1 or 4. Go around all the trucks in line, get back into lanes 2 or 3 by guard house, pull up to yellow line and stop so guard can check seal. Head to your dock.

Sat for over three hours after I got unloaded missed my next pickup never again will I go there

This place is full of ignorant arrogant losers who take their miserable existence out on you. No common sense. No common courtesy. No respect for drivers. The driver check in started demanding sensitive personal information from me. Felt like some of the staff may have had a side scam hustle. Be careful. Be strong. Stand up for your rights and dont let them bully you around. You do not need to comply with their demands to deliver. I didnt.

There is a line of 15 truck drivers waiting to get checked in. I have been outside, standing in line for an hour as of this review. Literally 1 hour. I drove all night to get here, I am EXHAUSTED and theres no initiative to get these people checked in.

Waaayyyy to crowded. They have a system that works though. Be prepared to be there for at least 2 or more hours. Check their reviews on the website. Other drivers will tell you exactly what to do. Theyre right!!!

All the bad reviews are true. I showed up 45 minutes early for my appointment, but they had a long line to check in and they still write 3 minutes late on my check in time. Took over 6 hours to unload and left 4 boxes of rejected product scattered all over my trailer. I am trying to get detention but they dont respond to brokers requests and claim it can take up to 30 days to approve a detention request.

This is the worst place I am visiting. They hold me at a dock for 5 hours. They dont want to talk to you. I had been here since 3am I it is 5pm I am still here.

C & S and win dixie is the same receiverIt is as bad as comments say. Receiving starts at 6:30 am stage in lines 2 & 3 and go to the guard check. If there is no parking in staging area park on the street and walk to the guard check, thats what I did. Arrived at 7am for 9am appointment and its 2pm and I’m still ob the dock. What a waste of a day!! You can come to the docks by door 57 and see at least if they take the product out so you don’t have to run your reefer in this hot weather.

This whse be very busy no real overnight parking you can catch the curve but you better get there early you have to walk up and check in have your driver license the p.o and a pen had a 9am appt got there at 8am didnt get a door until 1030 and was at the door until 2pm 10 pallets so this I also time killing whse

Yep. All the reviews here are correct. This place is crazy slow. Been here for over 5 hours for 7 pallets and still no end in sight.

Prepare for your funeral because you will die here. I arrived 2 hours before appointment and got parked after an hour. They had to return to kindergarten to learn how to count. I was here so long I took 3 pisses thus far. Still sitting here, have seen numerous people come after me and leave before me, all the same “demographic” of people if you catch my drift.

Not too bad of a place. You do want to park on the street and walk in and turn in paperwork. Otherwise it can get very crowded at the entry point. They took me a little bit early. I don’t know if that’s normal or they already know that and Shipper would charge c and s big-time detention pay if they hold me up. Didn’t wait too long before they offloaded me. I wouldn’t mind coming back here again.

I got to the warehouse about 2 hours before my appointment time. I received a door Im eagerly and went to the door back in and got unloaded but the person with the paperwork did not bring me my people work. I have been here for a little bit over 5 hours pass by appointment time.. Before I start driving a worked at Publix supermarket for 28 years. I think they need to go by public supermarket and watched their procedures of unloading maybe it by help them.

I got to C&S late, then fell asleep for 1 hour & 1/2 realized I didnt turn in my BOLs to be unloaded I ran in there and was almost put off till tomorrow 11/15/19 to be unloaded and this young man named Eli a forklift driver offered to immediately unload my truck. And get me out of here. This is my first time here and I had a pleasant experience. Thank you Eli at C&S. Great employees like you should be recognized & acknowledged.

They will call you randomely to get you into the facility and get you unloaded.Order in line does NOT matter here. Its not worth fighting anyone or blocking leaving traffic, just to move closer. Youre on a list! Earlier APT the better. Check in and take a nap!

Extremely slow . Takes forever to get your paperwork done. I came to this place years ago and it is still very slow. I am surprised this place is still in business. Some of the employees are rude and arrogant.

People here are rude, no communication at all. Appt. At 11:00 am and still here at 3:20 pm Coming here with enough fuel to waste

So far, so good. Checked me in 3 hours earlier than appointment scheduled. Backed into a door within minutes of getting back to my truck from check in. No lumper required (at least not for my load). Typical treatment for a large warehouse. Began unloading within a hour. I was expecting a horrible time here. Really wasnt bad (at least this time; )

The experience at C&S wasnt great but better than the long wait, I thought of.

Nice place. Everyone friendly til you complain about the long hours it take from appointment time to finish Dont know whats going on in receiving dry side. Refrigerator side is said to be quick.so I hear. Dry side will keep you here for hours. Dock all detention times with pictures. Complain at window doesnt help. Threaten to Fire the receiving crew and maybe they will step up their gear.....respect the appt. Times. 2 hours min....

Extremely rude and racist people, I got there at 12 am, they unloaded me at the next day by 2 pm, it literally took 14 hours. Seriously? They passed few drivers in front of me, just because they were different race than me by telling me that they were there before me, that was not true. 14 hours of hell, hated that place, if I could give that place 0 stars, I would!!!

I was 2 hours late for my appt. so if i was a work-in nobody told me. It ended up being about 7 hours before i got my bills. Im currently sitting in the cul-de-sac by the entrance because i ran out of hours. Not sure if were allowed to park here but i dont have a choice. The low ratings and reviews are not exaggerated if you have to come here bring a lunch cause they take forever to give you your bills this place is like most in Miami full of rude people who only acknowledge drivers who are willing to tip them for doing their damn job eff that Im not getting a tip for delivering in this hell hole!!!! Its a grocery store D/C. Its the same as all others. About 5 to 6 hours unload time. Pull up and get in line with all the other 50+ drivers there checking in. Its a 50/50 chance there will be no room to pull in because of all the oi there trucks waiting so you may have to park out on one of the streets and walk a mile or two to check in at gate. Bring drivers license, p.o. #, and Bills to gate to check in. They will call you when they have a door for you. Then break seal, open doors, back in door. Take Bills and gate pass to receiver door and go back and wait in truck until they call you when they are done. Only legal place to park within 100 miles after empty where you can have a good chance, 75% of getting parking is The 595 Truck stop about 13 miles away on Burris Rd. In Davie, FL. Google it to get directions. $20 a day to park there. They have showers, restaurant, bar, shop, 24/7 truck wash, fuel etc..

One star is too much for this place 2 pallets 3 hours 😡
