What a fantastic place. We were frustrated with the previous service guys and were referred to Chadwell and Sons by the factory. We gave them a call and had a wonderful experience. They were backed up so we had to wait a week but finally able to get our generator running after many months not being serviced well by previous company.I would recommend this company.

I have used them for my small engine and generator needs for over 30 years. They are extremely knowledgeable and give great service with reasonable prices. I will recommend them to anyone.

Wow! What a great company to deal with. Its so hard to find that in Miami. I had major issues with my generator and automatic transfer switch for MONTHS! The Cummins service center in Miami Lakes charged me over $700 to come and do preventative maintenance and then all hell broke loose. The ATS stopped working. They wanted another $900 to come out and look at it, I dealt with numerous levels of management and was treated awfully. I called a bunch of authorized dealers from the Cummins website and couldnt get anyone to come out and help me. A friend recommend Chadwell & Sons and they went above and beyond. They came out, assessed and trouble shooted my problem/issues and didnt bill me a dime until it was completely fixed. The tech, Isidro, is super nice, communicated everything that was going on and provided me with excellent customer service. They easily spent over 10 hours on the job and only billed me for how long it actually took to fix the issue. Extremely fair and so UNCOMMON in Miami! I highly recommend the company - call them - You wont be disappointed.

I called and inquired about a stand-by Generator and the guy [Bald] who answered the phone, was extremely rude, short in temper, & unprofessional. I asked what is the address & he hung up on me...WE DID NOT GET CUT OFF.
