I would like to recommend ACE Data lab to anybody who needs cheaper, quicker and reliable data recovery services. Last month I came to Miami for a job interview in UM medical school. Two days before my oral presentation to the committee, I dropped my laptop onto the floor while I was working on the final touch of my slides. I had turned off the automatic save mode because it slows down my seven-year-old machine. The latest backup was from the night before when I rearranged a bunch of slides. This is my second time turning to their help with the crashed hard drive. They had provided me with high quality service consistently. I can recommend ACE Data to anyone who need urgent data recovery! My computer crashed during a lightning storm, took it to Chao, and he managed to recover a lot of my content, especially that of my daughters pictures and a great majority of my proverbs that I had collected since I was 15 years old!!! Although recovery is expensive, Chao managed to recover as much as possible and I am so grateful for his skills!! Hes also very friendly too!!

Next, your customer service is awesome!I had a 1 TB WD External HDD that wasnt turning on at all. It was practically full with Music & Movie Library, all my documents from school, (which I constantly work off of) and more than 3k pictures that had been recently digitized as well. He actually recovered everything and in record time (4 Working Days) & delivered when he said he would.He even explained the difference between External HDD labels: black vs blue vs green (because I was not aware there was- Dont Judge).Again thank you very much for your help, I do recommend it!
