My experience with this Small Business Owner was not as delighted as others may put it. Barbara Garcia CEO lacks a ton of customer service experience. Its safe to say that her 9 years of experience have taught her nothing but how to retaliate on those who call her bluff. She is quick to raise the I will sue you card just to instill fear. A Walgreens cashier has more professionalism in one finger than her 9 years of experience. She runs a flock of representative that lack everything above and it reflects from a far. Like everyone else, I was seeking to better my credit to get into a bigger home and better opportunities. A friend referred me to her, I reached out and here we are. After Ms Garcia had render her serviceand collected all the necessary information; according to her it was impossible to reach me when it came time to pay. She mentioned she tried to contact me via email, cell, and even smoke signals. Funny thing is that I tried to call her office to pay my due, but no one ever answers nor returns calls. Yet, past due invoices are delivered to my mailbox nonstop since November 2019. Finally, fast forwarding to March 2020 I received a collection formal notice with $230 USD in past due fees. Which is a great way to make a killing with the number of people which She cant get a hold of Well it turns out that I contacted the collection agency to make my past due payment. They inform me that at the time they cant receive my payment as per a note given from Ms. Garcias office. Which is very Weird! Every collection agencies main objective is to collect any type of payment even if its the last penny. Not this agency, they referred me back to her office for the final payment. I have reached out to her several times via email because she doesnt have the common courtesy to even return my calls and collect my payment over the phone. The last email she sent were payment options when I asked her to provide a quick and efficient way to pay. She suggested: zelle, cashapp, venmo, or cashiers check. Rather than issue further instructions on how or to whom. For a grade A business with more than 9 years of experience no client of hers deserves nothing less than splendid treatment. Not only was she rude and unfair she will retaliate on anyone who dares to confront her.
Barbie and I have been at the some of the same events in our credit industry over the last several years, and that really says something about a business owner when they are willing to spend thousands of dollars on education to keep learning what is the best way to get things done. I would definitely recommend Barbie and her company to you help you get your credit back on track.
