Imelda has been great. She is very thorough and persistent. I have been able to raise my credit, buy a car and get credit cards again. She tackles all negative items each month and keeps disputing then. She kept her word that if I gave her 8 months she could help me and she did. Now I am on the maintenance plan and they still dispute negative items and monitor my credit. Much better than Lexington law. I was with them for 2 years and my score never got over 526 now my credit is over 600 and climbing. Last I checked it was over 610 and that was yesterday. Thanks Imelda

There is no honestly from the moment you sign up.You get a call from Miguel and you explained what your needs are and a little background on why you need service.they put you a plan for 7 months.within the first month they wanted to charge extra and I explained that was not the agreed terms.reply was oh send us a referral and we will not charge you. even though the voicemail left 5 minutes before said no extra charge, dont worry.They provided service for 2-3 months and the results were like 2%.You provide the credit reports via email and you get an email saying it will be sent to dispute in 24 hours.I had to follow up with person at times because there was never a updated email confirming.The worst thing is the calling 1-5 times in a 5 minute period. They dont understand privacy and leaving a voicemail.many folks are happy with service but I personally do not recommend it based on treatment and response time.

Dont Trust this company. They will give you a warranty of money refund if no removal is done. But of course is the regular process of the credit bureaus. They will onl;y remove and inquires after two years and items after 7 years. They claim are removed for their intervention.16 months and the only removals are the ones I negotiate.They only send letters negating the items until once on a while any company do not answer with the time frame and then they hope is removed. Money will not be refunded if one inquired is removed... and remember inquires are removed alone after two years.
