We shipped a package to this address and it was a complete scam. People use stolen cards to ship to this address and then businesses like ours get chargebacks. Avoid shipping to this company unless you want to get scammed. Tried calling the number listed on their website and noone answers.

Great company. Great customer service. Ive used Lear Express to send things to Caracas, Venezuela and they have always got there safely. However, this occasion there was a problem with the delivery and the company fully refunded me in dollars the amount my shipment was worth. I will surely use them again.
I have never had any good experiences with courier services as far as I can tell. But what I can tell to you is that Lear is not an exception. Extremely poor customer service. Won’t answer calls. Won’t answer emails or will take too long to do so. It is ridiculous.I went today to pick up my package but I was told to wait because they didn’t have the confirmation of the payment, which I did send to them via email, but they wouldn’t answer. Summed to this the fact that the counter guy did not stop telling my it was my mistake and it was my fault, even when I wasn’t really complaining with them at all. I have a buyer (Amazon) who provided a very strange shipping address. It has been rejected by 3 shippers & it is not recognized by USPS. After hours, actually days rather, of digging & digging, attempting to contact my buyer with no success, & searching the internet I have finally concluded they provided a shipping address pertaining to this establishment. I realize my issue of not being able to process this order is primarily with my buyer, BUT I havent been able to reach anyone at Lear Express to inquire about the address provided. If they are going to provide services in the US, they should have a way for US citizens to successfully be able to communicate with them AND provide their customers with GOOD, RECOGNIZABLE, ACCEPTABLE shipping addresses. Ive wasted more time than I care to admit. Time I didnt have to waste in the 1st place......all for NOTHING. This is the 1st time Ive heard of Lear Express & I guarantee it is the last time I accept any orders that include the word LEAR in the shipping address. How does a company stay in business without any type of customer support system in place? It would be interesting to know how many people have actually had a successful shipment, whether it be the sender or receiver, of a package that was processed through/by this facility.

However, Venezuela is rampant with credit card fraud to the point where the people are terrified of giving their information out. I know this because I worked at a company that sold software in this region.Many people are using stolen credit cards to place orders that ship directly to this forwarder. Again, this is not a reflection of this particular company. But, be careful and do you due diligence. if you receive an order thats being shipped to this address, its almost 100% fraudulent.
So definitely deserving of its reputation, I spent 5 minutes calling this company to see if I could get a package intercepted. Why did I only spend 5 minutes? They wouldnt answer the phone. Thats not quite right, they would hang up after they answered. One of the times I actually heard them say it was annoying that the phone keeps ringing. So to entertain myself with their ill behavior, I kept calling.

Weve documented several cases of orders placed online and exported via Lear Express subsequently be subjected to chargebacks or online A-Z claims. When we reached out to Lear Express customer service to get a simple tracking link and/or a confirmation of receipt of a customer shipment they failed to reply after 5 business days, prompting this review. This place is known for credit card fraud (stealing and using credit cards) and scamming people on eBay and having them ship to the address: 8020 NW 60th St. I people reading this watch out as I am a kid and I was scammed out an iPhone 5 (payment was cancelled after 10 days when I shipped to this address). This was a hit for me as I cannot have a job (because of age), and lost $75 which was going to be used to pay for my phone and the debt I owe my friend. These guys are scums of the earth and most likely a FAKE freight business too. The WORST courier for sea or air cargo to Venezuela, since November 2019 with prepaid sea cargo without receiving, without answers, without refunds as of 06-27-2020, I still consider myself scammed, like many people who have confirmed the same sentiment.

Good afternoon all friends who have this currier as default to send package do not do it bounce your packages. in february 2019 usps notify of the delivery of two packages and have trackin which they do not recognize as received, the Answer that the lady who works in lear gave me because after 6pm they do not take responsibility. this means that anyone who sends a package after the time is not responsible for bad company I have proof, if they need it
TERRIBLE, the attention is terrible, they are not clear what their own regulations are (I wanted to make a return and they did not do it because they do not manage returns when UPS was the one who was going to look for the package with a pre-printed label and everything, it means no they had to manage nothing) then they gave a thousand excuses that in their terms they specify that they do not make returns which is FALSE in no clause it says so (the worst thing is that I report my intentions to return hours later than when they informed me that I was in warehouses. Do not send your packages to Venezuela with them if you need them on time. They have delays of months and they justify them saying that it is due to events that are force majeure.
