Spectacular condominium in a exclusive zone at Miami. Apartments with huge spacious and a beautiful view. Many recreation facilities.

I rented here to improve my lifestyle with my schoolAge children but find the unwillingness of the building to adapt and provide the essential services to the tenants, the building “appears to have”it’s no more than a self service shell with a few good staff that’s far under-empowered and others that don’t care to be part of life here and thus treat you like an annoyance. I had faith that the sophistication and experience of George Perez and the related group would deliver a solid project. Unfortunately it was poorly engineered, floods, alarms, and elevator issue on an extremely frequent basis. If they cared at all and prioritize the resident issues this could be a great place. Unfortunately there’s no will. Patching potholes as the building moves along.

This building is fabulous. The design is very high end and modern. The staff here is Ritz quality. They are very helpful and go above and beyond what i have experienced, especially in this area. The elevators smell amazing and they have nice welcome mats in every elevator. Everytime i show a unit in this building, my clients are amazed by the building as a whole. It is so clean and everyone is so nice. You will not regret living here!

The worse experience with valet parking I ever had in my life. William Silva the valet guy was very aggressive and disrespectful he took my car and didn’t register it and when I ask to get my car back he took very long time more than 25 when no other car was waiting. He was walking and texting around the parking to make more time to give my car back Just playing around with my time. when I requested to please give my car keys back he didn’t want to give it back and was so aggressive and told me that I have to wait for as long as he wanted so I had to get the keys from him. Situations like this shouldn’t happen in a real luxury building. I have the video if needed. Employees like this ruin a company reputation.

What can I say? The building is beautiful, amazing amenities, even better the view but...If you want to make your life easier this is not the place!The elevators are ALWAYS down even the service ones...They have issues all the time with the rain and the flooding in the main entrance and garage.The package services are a disaster...located where the construction entrance and always a mess to find a package delivered!!!They have everything to be an amazing building but for some reason its not!

I am resident, guest policy ridiculous, common area close too early (bowling, billard, pool) staf extremely rude and impolite.

Those giving 5 stars to this building clearly do not or have not lived here. The elevators are constantly out of service due to a poor design and flooding issues and a cheaply constructed building. The views are great but they dont compensate the day to day frustration of not being able to access your unit. Today there is no running water throughout the building.

Beautiful building, very appealing to anyone looking for a new place to call home. However, the piping is a major issue. Every time we have rain for more than 2 hours the elevator flood completely and they are out of service for days sometimes. It’s been over 2 years since the building was open and this issue has not gotten any better. The valet manager is extremely rude and unprofessional. I have witnessed him yelling at his staff in front of tenants and guests. The buildings president of the association yells from his balcony at residents if they are doing something not to his liking. I feel like I live in a fancy college dorm room rather than a luxury high rise at times.

Racist valet (bald head chubby guy)! I came to visit my friend and pulled up to valet my car on a Friday night. The valet ignored my presence multiple times, and even walked past me when I approached him. He was paying extra attention to the European and other caucasian people that appeared before and after me. Even the other customers were confused when he walked past me without acknowledging my presence even though my hands were full with bags, I had the car keys in my hand and my car was parked in the valet area still running. It was a terrible experience.

This is one of my favorite luxury buildings in Edgewater, Miami. The pool, gym, game room and other amenities are the best you can find. The security and doorman service is always on the point.

So many issues with the building not being luxury at all! It’s not what they claim it to be. Don’t judge it by the cover....
