Took in my iPhone XS that for some reason would not turn on at all. Did not have an appointment, just walked in an afternoon hoping they would be able to help as they had done years ago. They quickly explained to me the possible reasons why my phone wouldn’t turn on as it hadn’t fallen or gotten wet. My main concern was that the phone wouldn’t even charge and when I tried to fix it at home the computer couldn’t send the new data. His initial thoughts were right, as the face recognition was not letting the phone work properly. Once he was able to disconnect it we were able to back up the data in my phone. He told me that the face recognition could be changed but given that I had insurance it might be a better route to proceed with that. Thanks to him I was able to backup my phone and data. Even though he spent some time helping me discover what could be wrong and back up my data, he was nice and honest and did not charge me for the diagnostic. Would definitely recommend to anyone seeking an honest and reliable phone repair.

Just was dropping off some UPS packages to send out, were very nice and courteous.

I sent in a quote request for my apple watch, and received a reply from Darryl whom recommended I go directly with Apple as it would make no sense to pay them what I would pay at Apple, considering the fact that Apple would be able to give me a better warranty. This act of honesty displays the type of business they run and although I will take his advise and take my watch to repair at Apple, I will definitely be reaching out for my iPad and referring my friends. My coworker went on her 30 min break and got her iPhone 6 screen repaired and came back with a smile from ear to ear carrying what seemed to be a brand new phone. I didnt need any convincing. Worth the price, fast and friendly staff. I am definitely referring everyone I know :)

Horrible experience at this place. Expensive over priced and poor quality of work. So i took my HP laptop to get it fixed since one of the hinges broke. They told me they were going to order the part which according to them cost $150 plus labor i think it came out to be like $200. They had the laptop for a week. Once i got it back it felt weird opening the screen lid, it felt like it was poor quality but i still took it home. A week later the hinge broke off again. So they lied to me and did not order a new hinger but used glue to glue the hinge to the body of the laptop. Are you serious?? I dont recommend this business to fix your electronics. Poor customer service and work and bunch of liers.

Excellent repairs, very knowledgeable, I had just recently replaced the screen of my cell phone with a different Company, the phone was not working properly since and the screen broke again after falling from as high as the top of a desk, now, since the screen got replaced at iRepair, my phone works as if it never broke. If they were to issue a receipt when you drop off your device, it would make it an Ace ♤. Overall, I recommend it.

They take your ipad give you a 2 day lead time.. which i thought was fast till i met a competitor. they replaced the screen but it wasnt a solid replacement.. the nice white border (white ipad 2) was damaged and looked wavy and poorly done.. around the damaged area the screen was lose and when you pressed you felt the screen move... not even 2 weeks passed on a table top (office ipad) the screen cracked!!! i called them and gave an explanation and they stood by the only way a screen would crack is physical damage not the fact that it was poorly done.. i decided to take my screen elsewhere after the fact! same price.. 1 day turn-around Envigo replaced the damaged rubber outline.. showed me that they removed a soft foam that sits between the screen and ipad to ensure the sturdiness and replaced it aswell.. got my ipad back in the new condition it was to start with.. and this company offered a warranty..This company will never see my business again.

I got the back glass on my phone fixed for $50 which was $10 cheaper than the other guys.

Dropped off my phone to get it repaired, they fixed it in about 30 minutes, no issues so far.

Took my iPhone for repair. Charged me $55, it only took 20 minutes and they gave me a free bottle of water lol. A++
