If you’re open “24 hours” then act like it’s open for “24 hours”. I called in to try and handle a work situation that needed attention. And I immediately get greeted with “This better be an emergency dude, it’s 6:30am in the morning” (rudely, Unprofessional and disrespectful demeanor).If you’re not open 24hours then I’d change that on google, so you don’t continue to lose potential customers like you just did now. Make sure you put the time when you’re UP and READY to handle business.

I was having huge issues with my laptop not running smoothly anymore. I was thinking about an upgrade of RAM and SSD like I did with my macbook, but that was expensive. What I did is I brought my computer for free diagnosis to Miami Best Computer Repair and they took care of all the malware and update the antivirus for me, they did such an amazing job that I had them upgrade my girlfriends computer for me while I was there. The upgrade took them less than a day because they had the parts needed to do the necessary upgrade on hand. Great work. Thank you again.
