I had an excellent experience with this business. I brought my sons Switch and asked for the charging port to be changed since the Switch wasnt charging. These consoles are notoriously know for their charging ports to break. To my surprise though the port was just fine and it was just the charger that wasnt working... The business could have easily just changed the port and take my money for the service, instead they demonstrated integrity by telling me the truth and not charging me a single cent. Im thankful for that. Today they earned a customer and if I need any repairs in the future Ill be sure to go to them for it

I took my computer to change the screen because it had broken, resulting in that they changed the hard disk and the motherboard and my computer works badly, I did not know that these things also happened in the United States, I never return. I would not recommend this site to anyone lol

The best computer repair shop Ive ever been too. Ive gone to them several times the last few years, and every time I bring a computer to them, their able to fix it with no problem. They always do a quick diagnostic and give a fair price on repairs. It takes a while for them to fix it, but when they deliver such high quality repairs, its not even remotely an issue. Every time my computer comes back, its like its brand new. 5/5, I would recommend them to anyone who is having issues with their computer or phone or anything else, theres no one else I would trust to have a look at my computers then them.

AMAZING service! I needed to install a screen protector for my MacBook Pro and no one would do it. I came to Expert Tech and they never doubted they could do it. Even though it was their first time installing a MacBook screen protector they read the instructions, watched YouTube videos, and had the right tools to install it. My screen protector is very delicate. I left without a single bubble/scratch/imperfection on my screen. If you need to do anything on your electronics COME HEREEE! Jesus will treat you very nicely and do the best work ever.

I have now been to Expert Tech on two separate occasions now: one for a laptop hardware issue and recently for an, unrelated, laptop software issue. Customer Service is very poor, I spoke with a man name Jesus. They took in my Apple laptop for a diagnosis and told me they’ll call me on Monday, I couldn’t seem to get anyone on the phone till Wednesday after repeatedly calling through out the day. When I finally got Jesus he told me that he fixed my computer and said that his technician “called me and I some how approved it” (the main issue here is communication). I told them I just wanted my laptop back, and I’ll just pay the diagnostic fee and be done with it, I don’t need there Services, just need my laptop the way they found it. I came back to pick it up on a Thursday and my laptop will not turn on. which it never had this issue before, the only problem it had is that it turned on very slowly and the mouse board and the clicker on that board was not working. But these guys just ruined it more, to add insult to injury they forced screws in the wrong places, I noticed it immediately and comforted Jesus about it, this one screw is stuck and jammed in so tight its eats up my tool, so know I can barely open it to see what they did inside. Jesus said it was like that when I brought, which is impossible, I argue no it wasn’t, and what he is saying don’t even make since. Then it felt like he was brushing me off (so began to record him from there) talking over his shoulder saying the screws are cheap only a couple dollars on line I’ll order today and I’ll give you a call in 2 days, then proceeded to consistently till me it’s not a big deal. Hey Jesus, it’s been 3 weeks, I am still waiting on that call!

Let me just say, if your looking to get any tech device fixed, dont bother going anywhere else but here...I came cause i wanted to install a new drive on my sons gaming computer, but the screw holding the old drive was completely stripped, but after 3 days of working on it, they were able to remove it without damaging anything & install the new drive...Jesus, the owner, offers grear customer service & most importantly he cares & will not stop until he fixes the problem, no matter how long it takes...So what are you waiting for, pass by & get your problem resolved by the BEST!!!

Been meaning to write this for awhile, but the guys here do excellent work! I classify myself as a pretty decent do-it-yourself guy in computers, but I occasionally run into issues I cant solve. So, when I brought my tower to the guys here, they had the issue sorted out within a day or so and I got my computer back in good working order.I would definitely recommend them. Short review: they did a great job at a price better than I thought. Super friendly and understanding.Long review: My PC Operating System and main Video storage hard drive died. I needed that lost data for the lost memories and important career data. I tried every way I knew how to recover the data but my computers couldnt even read the disc. Their equipment was able to read my disc and they were able to transfer all my missing files. I was to get all my data back at 1/5 of the price I was willing to pay. The 4.9 star rating they have Should be 5!

Jesus really knows his stuff when it comes to repairing different kinds of tech. He saved me a lot of headache by figuring out why my monitor wasn’t working with my recently built PC. If you have any tech issues Jesus can fix them or at least tell you what the issue is and what your options are.

Went in to have my laptop examined. Jose helped me out and was very friendly and knowledgeable. Could have tried to sell me into having the repair done there but suggested a less expensive option that I could buy online which would resolve my issue. You dont see honest and helpful service like this often so I had to share. I will definitely go there in the future for any electronic repairs I may need.

DO NOT GET YOUR SCREEN FIXED HERE!!!! I tried to get my iPhone 6s Plus fixed and had touch screen issues the next day. The guy has a 30 day warrant for touch screen only. It seems they have this issue all the time when they fix the screen. I tried to bring my phone back to get fixed less than a month after the 30 day and he wouldnt fix it, even after I explained I had been traveling for business for a month and could not come back sooner. Unfortunately I had been stuck with this phone on the road with the frustration of the touch screen not working. I think its just bad business when a business owner doesnt want to take responsibility for damaging someones personal items in the process of providing a service. At this point, I would rather have my cracked phone back because at least I didnt have any issue maneuvering through my phone as I do now. I feel I have been completely robbed. $120+ down the drain for no reason. Other companies would gladly help their customer as they know that they will be back and with referrals. I will never go back to this place. So many other places you can take your phone to and not have to deal with this terrible service.

Im usually very critical with my reviews and I got to say that they did an excellent job. The customer service was great and they managed to fix a problem that I thought was not possible. My computer had gotten water damage and they had to figure out which parts were fried and which parts were still working. I took my pc to other computer repair places before Expert Tech Hammocks and they not only wasted my money but also my time because they couldn’t figure it out and were lazy to go through the process. Needless to say, I highly recommend Expert Tech Hammocks for any computer repair services above any other computer repair place!

My phone screen broke just a day before traveling overseas, Jesus was really nice and offered me a temporary solution. Afterwards I went back and they changed my screen the same day. It works great. From PC hardware repairs, to back ups and most recently fixing my Mac.After a huge lightning storm hit my area, my Mac would not boot up. Worst computer and costumer service ever. How can you screw a simple hard drive backup job? Simple, take your device to Expert Tech.The owner/manager hire amateur. inexperienced kids to perform my PC backup, needless to say it was not done appropriately and I ended up missing a ton of files. So I requested it to be completed, but they wanted to charge me again for the service they were supposed to do right in the first place. Hilarious, forget about a refund.Rude staff, rude manager/owner, and quite frankly I would not even had cared if they had they done the job right. Which they didnt.I even told the owner Id be leaving a very nice review about my experience at Expert tech and his reply was too graphic to post here (rated MA, for mature).Be aware, this store is not worth a headache. I had water damage on my iPhone 6s Plus (fell down the toilet) i brought my phone to one of the ubreakifix locations and they told me there was nothing they could do to fix the phone, it was beyond repair. I drove past Expert Techs a few weeks later and decided to give it another shot. They told me it was $15 non refundable fee to check if it was possible to fix my phone. I was hesitant since I was already told it was unfixable but Sebastian was very nice and I had a good feeling so i decided to go for it. An hour later he called me and told me he could fix my water damage for such a reasonable price! It was ready the next day! I’ve just had my phone for the last 10 hours but it works perfectly and all my data and photos were restored. I didn’t even need to back it up from the cloud. Owner was professional and worked with me to diagnosis my problem. Brought my tower in and of course I couldnt reproduce the issue (it would turn off completely after it booted up). He gifted me a power cable saying it may just be a bad connection. Took it home and again the issue persisted. Took it back and after a day he identified the issue and resolved it. Quick, efficient and honest. I would recommend.
