El Car Wash on Bird Road in Miami is a great place to be your car washed when you are on the move and need to get it done quickly. I really like the location and they make the process very easy and efficient. I have had a really good experience every time I have been here.

Its really sad how I supported them since they 1st opened this location years ago. I remember when a Happy Hour Car Wash was $3. Throughout the years they have kept increasing the prices, and supposedly added extra services. Now when they raised it to $7 they would give you a towel to do your cleaning, which I accepted. I went to the location on the June and now theyre saying that they dont Supply the towels. We have to buy them in the vending machine. They keep increasing their prices, and dont give any extras. They took out the happy hour pricing, and just want to lock you into a monthly contract. Also they need to service their vacuum cleaners more often. Very disappointed from a customer that has been supporting various locations throughout all these years

Drive through car washes never do a great job at cleaning your wheels, so I used wheel cleaner, a bucket of water with car wash liquid, and a wheel brush at home before I visited El Car Wash today.After paying $20 for a car wash it actually left my freshly cleaned wheels dirty. Whatever stuff happens but when I go and try to get a refund nobody wants to deal with you. They keep telling me go to the office or talk to that guy. That guy tells me to go to the office.The office is locked but you can see someone inside though the window. I tried calling the phone number on the receipt but it just rings forever.

Tried to get in at 1 on a Sunday afternoon. There were lots of people inside yet the entrance was blocked off. Instead of taking that correctly as a sign that I shouldnt use El Car Wash, I doubled down and went to the nearby Coral Way location ( check out my review on that experience).

The tire guides are short enough for cars like the Hellcat and other sports cars that has front spoilers low to the ground. The tire guide does not hit or rub the front spoiler causing damage to your car like other similar car washes that I have been to before.I wish this car wash supplied glass cleaner at the vacuum area along with the towels. All a dry towel is good for is drying your car. With glass cleaner you could finish up the complete process there at the car wash location instead of having to go home and do it. Just saying!!

It was quick to get in and out. I found it strange though that they didn’t have ceramic mirror wash like the others.

Gave them our credit card information for one month of car washes and they renew without our knowledge every month at higher prices. Beware when you give them your credit card number they will not stop charging your credit card and they do not answer their phone

Just go with the basic wash. The best was a waste. At some places the guy at the front with the brush and pressure washer would actually supplement to give you the “best”, not here. The automated section did a good job but it will only hit the big areas.

I love this place except for the skinny curly haired girl. She is the worst and has 0 interest in giving good customer service. I’ve been a member since they started and this is the best Carwash in Miami. I go to all locations and never have issues. The curly haired girl at the bird location is terrible.

Some people go to therapy, I go to the car wash. It’s a win-win

If you want a quick and cheap carwash this is the place. Their membership includes one wash per day with a “free vacuum”. What I dislike about their membership is that they require you to place a tacky purple sticker on your windshield (driver side on top) which I don’t do. So now every time I go there I get barked at by one of their rude employees.

Compared to other El Car Wash locations, this one kinda just gets the job done. Not terrible, not great.Other locations like 122+8st and 27th Ave are better equipped with more air driers. Love 27 because it has an extra Rainex segment at end of wash. (Granted, assuming it’s not just an Ad placement and if actually applying the product).

Great service and easy to locate.

This facility lacks the safety for its customers upon entering their property. I see customers on a daily basis who try to enter through the EXIT. There is no sign to tell customers that it is an EXIT only. The entrance is hidden down the road behind a few trees. You would expect an ENTRANCE sign or any instructions. Today I witness a near accident in the exit path of your property. A customer tried to enter by going through the EXIT and was not aware of the hidden entrance. A few vehicles tried to exit, but this poor confused customer was blocking everyone. Another vehicle from the main road nearly hit one of the customers exiting. There were vehicles stuck all over the place and I see this happening every day. Please provide a sign for customers trying to find the entrance!!!

Since the company got bought over its gotten a bit too expensive for a car wash. Its a great way to get a car wash but I think it shouldnt be more than $10.00. Is it worth it? Maybe if you are in a hurry.

Top wash has no wheel shine but ceramic coat option seems to hold up well. Vacuums always work well.

FREE VACUUMING! but mostly on slow days/times. Otherwise, you gotta get a car wash prior to vacuuming. Minimum cost to wash is like $6.

Total surprise! Took a break on a long day on call and decided to go and wash the car around the hospital. As I approach the entrance a guy comes out to guide me and start selecting the best option insert a card ...and with a nice smile ask me to proceed... I did hesitate and then I asked where do I pay?With a nice smile he stated it is complementary today and we are grateful to all the health care worker class for what you do during these difficult days... I was totally surprised and it is so rare in these days to feel appreciated! BTW the car wash was just about perfect!Thank you so much, we all are going to make it through together and of course you earned a new regular costumer. Truly appreciated.

Nothing spectacular.WYSIWYG, an overpriced, pull through carwash that may or may not scratch your car in the process(did in mine). Plus, it couldnt get relatively fresh bird droppings off of my car window... Weird. I would recommend a drive thru car wash at a gas station if you need a wash. Youll get just as clean of a vehicle for a fraction of the price.

Best automatic car wash in south Miami. Keeps my challenger nice and shiny. Gets busy on the weekends. Visit in the evenings during week nights to avoid the crowd and youll be in great shape.

El Car Wash is the best, most efficient & most economical car wash in FL! I park my white SUV on the street so it gets dirty quickly. The subscription wash is perfect for me! I drive through the car wash every two to three days. I LOVE El Car Wash!

Great car wash service for the on the go individual. As with most all automatic car washes, don’t take your car here if you wish to keep your paint in perfect / flawless condition. Automatic car washes create micro abrasions on car paint. Apart from that great that they have free vacuums! I leave 4/5 stars because sometimes the dryer leaves quite a bit of water / soap on car.

Not bad place to wash the car and vacuum it when you are not up to doing it yourself. For 18 bucks you can wash it two days in a row. Several locations in Miami.

This place is great !! I usually spend a lot more money a month to wash my car. now I pay a fixed membership and I can go every day to wash it. I love it and I recommend it.

The BEST group of employees at car wash. I returned from a trip with my white F150 covered in Lovebugs, it made the front look black. They saw it and took it personally to make sure that my truck look good leaving there. It looked awesome. GREAT job! I drive out of my way to go to them.

I Discovered this car wash a couple of weeks ago. The employees were nice and I got a great wash at an affordable price. They offer 3 options from $8, $10, and $12. Each has a variety of options so u can choose what’s best.It’s not a full service place where the guys dry and vacuum the car for you after it’s washed but I found that my car was 90% dry. Just be patient at the end of the wash cycle when the blowers are on. Watch the signals on the left. Then after it’s washed, use the vacuums that are good and free for you to use.Thanks guysJohn

It has come to my attention that this location is under new management (owners). I had to struggle to get my BOGO honored, only to find out that once they let me trough, they did not provide the premium car wash I had purchased. On to the vacuum that now has less than 50% of the suction power that it used to have. They use to hit the front of your car with a pressure washer to remove bugs, and place a protective covering on your rear wiper. I guess the new owners decided to skip on this. I used to go out of my way to bring my cars here. Unfortunately, I will never be back.

So, this Car Wash is okay for what it is. I does a better than average clean on your car. The dryers could be much better as your car will leave pretty wet, especially depending on the styling of your car. Youll see most people who come drying their own cars while parked to vacuum. But for what it is, again, its not bad at all.The one drawback is the employees. Most, if not all, are incompetent. Finding someone who speaks English is also an issue. I stopped using this location because of a vengeful female manager who I had a misunderstanding with (I was unaware of a policy and she got very upset with me) and she ended up cancelling my monthly pass without letting me know, seemingly out of spite. When I approached her and the other employees, she did not want to speak to me, and instead, another Manager wanted me to come in on Mothers Day, of all days, in order to hear her side of the story with the owner present. It completely ruined my experience, and, as I said before, will not be returning.The wash itself is okay. But the employees ruin everything else. If you use or are considering using this Car wash, I hope you never have to deal with the employees/managers other than for paying for the wash.

Like their happy hour car wash. Clean wash. Could be better. Vacuums are very good as well, they have powerful suction and are free. Staff is friendly. Definitely recommend this place for a good car wash @ reasonable cost.

Easy, convenient and decently priced for all that you get

My Cars Fenders was pulled by one of the brushes and bent. Management was unwilling to check in and out cameras and much less provide insurance information in order to have my car fixed. The best that they could do was to offer some free car washes which amount to a fraction of the repair costs. Central Office never responded to my email nor letter.

My wife and I go here instead of going to Orlando or Busch gardens. Its like an amusement park ride...that washes your car! What?! I only pay $3 (during happy hour) and get the pleasure of riding through a tunnel of watery soapy awesome! And I dont need to get a hotel 🏨 or spend the time driving all the way to Orlando. Its the best!

I purchased the $5 car wash and you get what you pay for. I do like that the vacuums are free for as long as you need them! Employees were friendly as well.

For 5 bucks my car comes clean every time. Been going there for years and never had a problem or notice any swirls on finish which is always my main concern in machine car washes. Equipment is all new and free vacumes always available.

I recently purchased the unlimited car wash package due to a sharp,intelligent young lady who is beleive her name is ileana working in the car wash on 27 ave nw 1 st. That car wash and the one on 62 ave and bird rd. We excellent however the one in hialeah on 49 st has poor service, employees are not helpful their sluggish and people are just coming in for the free vacuums its a shame has room for potential, dont recommend that location ironically its the one closer to me ..smh..
