Communication was immediate, and they even provided the cell of our driver so we could communicate when we landed, where to meet, etc. The car was immaculate and provided that WOW factor we were looking for to kick off our Miami Beach vacation. Mark, the owner, even messaged me during and after our trip to make sure things were going well. Folks, you won’t find better transportation prices or service in the Miami area!!!! He figured out we might have more luggage than one car could handle and personally brought a 2nd car to help take my family and all our gear to MIA. Had a wonderfully seamless transfer from MIA to the Port for a recent cruise. The service was friendly and professional; the Sprinter van was impeccably clean and comfortable.
