We had an issue with a different rental company we had already paid for and were basically stuck at the airport. Hector and the guys at SKY auto got us into a Toyota Corolla very painlessly. They made it easy and really took care of us!! The process was quick and the rates are great!! I would definitely recommend them!!

Very bad service!! Rented a vehicle on April 18, 2017 and have not returned my deposit its been 3 weeks and a Hector has been giving me the run around that it takes a while till I get my deposit. And now he is ignoring my calls!! If you need quality service this is definitely not the place to go. I found a place called Miami convertibles located on Miami Beach Fl, and they were awesome!! Would recommend to got there before sky rental

This place really took care of us. We showed up to Miami from Cincinnati and our original car rental had stipulations that they hadnt previously told us (needed auto insurance proof which we didnt have with us, needed a credit card which we didnt have with us, plus a hefty 300 dollar deposit on top of the price of the rental). Sky gave us a flat rate of 350 for a whole week, didnt need the other stuff, and put us in a new Toyota. They personally picked us up and dropped us off at the airport (didnt have any wait for a shuttle) they answered our calls immediately when we had any questions during the week and the whole process of getting checked in and out of the car took only minutes. Speedy, efficient and reasonable. Definitely will be calling them next time were in Miami!
