The one lady that was working at ACO was very unprofessional!!! We landed in Miami and called ACO to pick us up as we were supposed to do. We called continuously for about 40 minutes until she finally answered the phone. When doing paperwork, she failed to tell me there was $100 additional charge for tolls added. The car was trashed, dirty seats, dents all over, and engine light stayed on.When returning car, the lady wasnt even there. Someone from the neighboring rental business had to take us to the airport. Very bad business!!!! Do not use ACO!!!

I will never ever in my life go back there are recommend them to anyone I was there on the 22 of July 2021 and first of all It took 20 minutes are more to reach someone on the Webcam to process me, then the price wasnt the same as online and $1,000 dollars security deposit, which wasnt mention online.then it was time to process me only to be told the system is now down and theres nothing they can do!but I give then a chance despite the bad comments I saw but it all turn out to be true (never again)

Horrible scammers, they charged us fully prior to pick up. Upon arrival the booking was cancelled be ause our plane was late. No refun was issued upon cancellation which they did on their own! Dont use them, stay away.

Absolutely had the worst experience with this car rental company. they were very rude, intimidating, and very unprofessional. this whole establishment was a mess. one of the workers came to pick up my family in the car that we were renting and was driving absolutely reckless that she almost hit the car infront of us and had to slam on the breaks, very unsafe (we had a child in the car). they also had upped the price of the rental by an extreme amount from what they had told us before after we were going to check out. keep in mind that it’s very suspicious that they would only accept payments from cashapp, venmo, or cash. to make it even worse, when we said no about not having cash, the women brought out a bigger male worker to intimidate us into using cashapp or venmo. they wouldn’t accept our credit cards until we told them that we weren’t going to take the car anymore. do not rent a car from this establishment, they will scam you! you’re better off with renting a car straight from the airport (enterprise, etc.)

Why didn’t we see the review before we booked on cheapoair. Save the hassle and book your car with a known rental… the worst experience ever … they came late very to pick us up from the airport, claimed to have only one car that smelled smoke and told us that we have no option but to take that car, charged over $130 in fees without the insurance, nobody was there when we tried to drop the car and pretty much had to drop it with the another rental company next door and begged for ride to the airport. It was a nightmare experience and will never book this company again!

Worst experience ever!We paid everything online, then when it was time to pick the car, the charge an extra 214 more for sunpass and insurance for 5 days.The girl in the front was so rude. The car was dirty and smell like smoke. Please, do not start your vacation like this. All they will do is make you upset.

Booked this rental through cheap-o-air and they quoted the total to be $85 ended up coming out to a total of $137 at the actual rental place. Mind you this is for a Nissan versa for all of 3 days. Rental place is offsite. No signs or anything explaining how to get there in the airport. Ended up getting lost and walking around for about 30mins. Called the number that cheap o air provided and no answer.. Googled them and got a different phone number. Once i did get a hold of someone he had a huge accent and was trying to explain how to get to the shuttle but failed miserably. So bottom line No shuttle to the actual rental place ended up having to pay for a $11 lyft to get there. So guess that makes the total $148. (Cant wait to see what headache and or additional fees I run into when I return the vehicle). When I get there the place is literally a whole in a wall. No actual person. Not sure if the set up was due to covid or them having horrible service and not wanting to deal with all the angry customers in these reviews. Should have did more research before booking but you live and you learn. Wont ever use this company again.

Do not rent from this scammers! Rented the car, confirmed multiple times that we are coming, we were 30 minutes late due to delayed flight (that we called about), not only they were rude, they also gave our car to the different people!!! Then they were trying to sell us the car that would cost us twice more and would not even meet our requirements (we have 4 kids, so needed mini van)!!!Please do not deal with this scammers!

SCAM, STAY AWAY! We made a reservation online and when we came to pick the car up this company was trying to charge us double price for extra ‘mandatory insurance’ even though we had our own insurance. So be prepared to pay much more than your reservation price if you decide to go with this place.

I’ve been waiting for the shuttle for two hours and calling all the numbers listed but none of them answered. I finally got into contact with one number and the lady said after an hour my reservation is cancelled and hung the phone up on me.

I rented at ACO Miami and the experience was very good. The staff was very nice and professional. The car was clean and in very good conditions. Price/value is the best option.

Terrible company!!!stay away! Professional Liars.I didnt want to tell everything that happened to me so as not to embarrass the owner, but he insisted ...I made a reservation for a car long before we went to Miami for a vacation. After while, I read some bad reviews and decided to make sure that everything will be OK and Ill have no surprise on my vacation. Thus, I called the company to be sure that Ill not pay more money than the receipt they sent me by email. So after three calls that nobody answered me, finally someone picked my call. I asked him if Im going to pay more money than what they sent me, and he told me that the only additional pay is for insurance. Since I have my insurance, I told him that I dont interesting in purchasing another insurance, so he told me that if I dont want to buy insurance its my problem. I told him that Ill be OK and Ill use my insurance and we conclude by agreeing that nobody is going to charge me more than the amount they sent me by email.Of course, when I came to pick up the car, they doubled my bill. Of course the insurance was part of it, and the clerk there refused to take it out of the bill, but they added some more strangers charges like Sunpass, that I didnt asked for, and more.To conclude, they ruined my vacation and its better to pay some more money to a well-known and stable company, than to this or others small ones.

I booked a car rental with this company weeks ago, I landed at the airport, called for the shuttle to their office as was stated in the itinerary, no one answered the phone. Their number is different from the one posted on Google, not that it matters, they never picked up. I had to take a taxi TO the office and the place was closed. I messaged them for a refund with no response. I had to pay for another rental which I needed within minutes so I ended up paying the most ridiculous price. This is absurd and I am considering legal action. DO NOT MAKE MY MISTAKE!

Do not recommend! Booked this company through cheapoair car rental for Miami Florida. For starters this company is off site, you have to call Aco to send a shuttle to take you back to the car rental company. Which would be fine, inconvenient, but it’s what I signed up for. Once I called, I was immediately placed on hold for 10 minutes and the line was disconnected. I Called back 4 or 5 times reaching voicemail, left voicemail and still no response. I never received my car rental with Aco and had to rent a car through Ace at the Miami airport. Do yourself a favor and do not start your vacation like this.

When we arrived, We call to get picked up at the airport, was told 15minutes I waited over 40minutes not to mentioned we called before acquiring our luggage just to still wait 40 minutes outside for shuttle.When we arrived it took another 30 minutes just to find my reservation. After, I was told they had no mini van. They tried to take a $1000 deposit to even rent a car and after I said there was no deposit when ordering online and requested to be taken back to airport to rent elsewhere, they dropped the deposit to $100. Which I agreed to as its been hours and I had a cranky 10 month old past her bed time. So they insisted in putting me in Nissan Rogue which I said wouldn’t be big enough since we had luggage, stroller and a wheelchair thus why we requested a mini van in advance.After, filling up the Nissan Rogue, the car was full from trunk to back, however I also ordered car seat for my 10 month old daughter which couldn’t fit in back so the person at the desk insisted on us leaving with my daughter on my wife’s lap in the front seat. I have video of this.After, this point I had enough and I requested to speak to supervisor, to which I was told that he’s not available right now.After refusing to leave with my daughter on the lap, the guy says okay you just take this mini van. After 2 hours of telling me they do not have mini van. He lets us switch into a mini van.Once in a mini van I request the baby once again. He finally brings it out. I asked him to please install it, since I am in a wheelchair and cannot do it and my wife wasn’t familiar with the particular car seat. Of course he had no idea how to do it so once he insisted on my wife to hold the seat in place.After about 2 hours, we finally decided to leave because we weren’t getting anywhere with this person. The car had an empty tank so after all this I still had to get gas, once at gas station we asked a nice gentlemen to help us out and install it for us.On the way to the hotel which was 15 minutes away my daughter starts screaming in the car for some reason. Once we got to hotel, we noticed rashes all over her neck, arms and legs. We figured it was stress hives. Fast forward next day, it goes away, we go out in the car seat again and same scenario. Once wet got back we realized it must be the car seat so we decided to wash it. Once washed my daughter was fine. Not washing baby car seats is UNACCEPTABLE!!During the day, I can finally see the kinda shape this car is. News flash this car was not clean or serviced after the previous renter. There was food all over. Sticky black liquid in cup holders, the lights barely worked unless on the high beam setting. Defrosters did not work, the windshield wipers need to be replaced. I Literally couldn’t see in the morning during the rain and had to wait the rain out as defrosters didn’t work and I couldn’t drive with windows down.The day after we landed in Orlando. I called the office looking to speak with supervisor. 1st time I spoke with a woman and after 15 minutes of explaining everything she says supervisor will contact me. Next day no-one contacted me, so I decided to call back, a gentleman picked up and once again after explain everything, I was told supervisor would contact me. The next day same scenario. Fast forward 3 days, I am back in jersey still waiting on this call.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! It is a SCAM. We ordered a rental several weeks in advance and when we called for the shuttle the woman said we didn’t select a drop off time that was allowed (the website let us choose a time) and hung up. We the couldn’t get anyone to answer after an hour of trying to call back so we had to find a last minute rental at the airport. Also, this place is NOT at the airport - it’s offsite. When we called them directly they said to contact the site we made the reservation at for a refund. They should NOT be allowed to sell their services through a 3rd party reservation site if they will not stand behind them. Horrible business!

Worst car rental in Miami, FL. Waited for an hour for the shuttle pick-up. Called over 10 times. Finally got ahold of a customer service representative. Promised to help. Nothing happened. Never showed up and never answered the phone. I was informed by other rental car representatives at the Rental Car Center that they do that when they run out of cars. I had to book from another agency and spent twice as much. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THIS IS A SERIOUS WARNING!

When we arrived at the airport we went through all of the directions to find this place, only to find out no one had heard of it and when I called the phone number they hung up on me. Needless to say this was a nightmare! We never found it, after searching for over an hour we were able to find a rental car through Enterprise right at the airport. I arrived in Miami last night, called this company as my reservation was confirmed no one answered ! I took taxi over there and the lady shrugged her shoulders and said NO cars! They took my money as they have apparently done to many others after reading these other reviews. If anyone else has been scammed by this people and want to chip In we can all sue them and shut them down for good! Here is pic of her leaving in her BMW bought by our money! We booked a 17 day car rental with ACO for about $200. We arrived at the Miami Car Rental Center and called for the shuttle which never arrived. Another family was there too and they were waiting for over an hour. We took a cab to their office only to find out that the $200 car rental turned into almost $1000 since they insisted you take out their over priced liability insurance and a very expensive toll pass for Sun Pass!! The woman at the desk didnt care whatsoever about how furious and inconvenienced we were!! Alls well that ends well!! We then booked with Budget online and got a better car for less than the $1000 they wanted to charge us!!! We would have actually paid more not to give them a penny!!!!!

Customer service here is terrible, where they do not pick up the phone after I called them multiple times. When I landed here in Miami, I asked a lot of people where this horrible place was located and they told me that it was better off to rent a car somewhere else and I regret it not doing so. Whether or not, you rented a car here through online booking, they disregard it and make you pay more upfront. Even though my credit card has all kinds of covered insurances, the place would not accept it and instead, I had to pay an EXTRA $500. This rental place is a complete crook and scam. I cannot believe this place is still running, if I were you and youre about to book a car here, honestly DONT cause its not worth it. DO NOT RENT A CAR FROM ACO.

Do not, I repeat do not rent a car from ACO car rentals!!! I declined their additional insurance because my Visa Platinum card has 100% worldwide insurance coverage on rentals and has been honored by every other car rental company I have ever booked with it.The rude woman at the front desk even though I had a printed copy of my insurance to prove this still tried to force me to pay 5x the amount I was quoted online to pay for their scam insurance. She would would not honor my reservation and left me stranded. This company should not be in business as they are 100 percent complete frauds. You have been warned!

First, the price in the contract not is the real, never say the more feed are included,for example for 7 days of rent I must pay $163.73, but they charge extra:- sunpass charge $11/day- airport surcharge $35.99 (I live in Miami)- Liability Insurances $16/day- plus taxes state/ locals $63.47It was a total of $452..06Of course I will report to Consumer Report, is abusive!And the staff was rude!

Do not rent with this company. I called for shuttle pickup and had to wait 40 minutes for using a cab to get there. Once I got there, they did not have any vehicle and could not do anything to accommodate. Had to rent somewhere else last minute which is super expensive. Save yourself the trouble.

DONT RENT HERE !!!!Horrible customer service!They would not give you the car you actually rented.They gave me a car with NO RADIO !The car was dirty inside and when I asked about why it was so dirty, the horrible lady said “well you’re not buying the car”The office in Miami international, it’s not actually at the airport, they pick you up and take you there. There’s only one lady working there with a terrible attitude. She insulted me and another customer in the line. Believe all the reviews! Took us an hour to figure out how to contact them from the rental car area. A guy picked us up in a car and drove us to their business which is off the airport. We had rented a full sized SUV and they only had (2) cars there, a well used Mini van and a well used smaller Jeep. They said we would have to choose one of them. We ended up cancelling our reservation and went back to the airport to rent from a real company. On the desk of the place they have a sign of all there add on prices. One was $100 fee for sand in the car. It is Miami....try going anywhere without getting sand in a car! Stay way away from this place.

Great service from these guys! Just got back from my trip and all I have to say is that it took a little bit for the van to get there, but everything else was great!!! As I read in Yelp! i took my own insurance papers because they give you 2 options pay 23 for theirs or 10$ daily for yours, obviously I took mine and didn’t spend so much, also make sure your insurance is in their list because I heard that they don’t accept all of them, what I really liked about this place is that their client service is great, they are a small south American company which gives you that warmth treat of assistance through their employees.

Worst car rental ever. Found a great rate online. When I got there, they have it posted in big bold letters that if you want to use your own insurance, it is $10 a day. Complete rip off. Nobody else out there does this. I tried to cancel the reservation, there was a cancellation fee. Got stuck with it.They claim they have it listed in the terms and conditions. I found out it is listed under additional coverages, which somebody that does not need it, wont read.Please stay away from this rip off. I spoke to the manager and she would not do a single thing. Also their vehicles are in just ok condition. Did not feel very safe driving their vehicle.I dont even want to think about the problems with this company if the vehicle breaks down or something on the street.Total nightmare. Stay away.

I rented a minivan for my husband, 4 children and uncle. We booked 3 weeks before our trip. We arrived at the airport as scheduled and proceeded to rental transfers bus 5, as stated on the company website. We were informed that they pick up at bus 1 and “good luck”. I called the company 27 times. No one answered. No one picked us up and no contact. I have 4 children under the age 12 and no car. Booking another car for 7 people cost me 4xs the amount. DO NOT UES THIS COMPANY!!!!!

I tried to rent a car from them, could not get them to give me any definite prices before I would reserve the car. I spoke with a manager about the situation and she would give me absolutely no relief from the poor, poor service. They wanted to take a $1,000 deposit to rent a car... Incredible. Prepare to be nickel and dimed to death by their deceptive pricing. They advertise great looking rates on the major booking sites to lure you in then once youre standing their at the counter tired from your flight wanting to get in a car and going mention that if you dont purchase their loss damage waiver they are going to charge an additional $10 per day fee for recovery. Considering their rates listed on booking sites are normally $20-$30/day including taxes this means all of a sudden the cost of your rental just increased by 33%-50%!Naturally they tell you it was clearly disclosed in the confirmation email. However what they really do is send you a 13 page long confirmation letter that is single spaced and a small font that has hidden in the middle of a paragraph the $10 fee. Considering this fee is going to be charged unless you purchase an additional product from them that in my mind is a deceptive business practice and I would avoid renting from these clowns.

This company is honestly one of the worst experiences Ive ever had (other than cell phone companies). They do not give a rats a$$ about customer satisfaction. They will leave you stranded in the street without a care.I would avoid at all costs.Walk across the street to Green Motion, they actually want your business and will probably match the price from ACO.

The car company forces you to be insured with their insurance at $23/day. Other companies charge $8/day. ACO is clearly a rip off. Additionally, the car I rented was in poor condition, old, and smelled like second hand smoke. Furthermore, I waited in line for 45 minutes with only 3 people ahead of me. Finally, they did not release the $100 deposit they required at the lease. Other companies take two days. Their entire operation is horrible at all levels.The website Kayak forced me to rent from ACO so be aware of third parties, because that is the only reason why this place is still open.-Justin

Deception Accomplished!Please be aware when booking your reservation of the following hidden fee. If you accept their insurance there is a $250 deposit and $23 a day fee. This is normal in the industry. However, if you decline the insurance, there is a $500 deposit and $10 a day fee. This is a creative way to appear on travel sites as the cheapest option, then sometimes double the cost. My total went from $83 totals to $150 total. The $10 will be charged regardless, so it should be in the quoted price.

I put 1 star as I could not put 0. This company is everything but a rental company. I reserve a big SUV and for the same price I got a midsize completely scratched with used tires. The guy at the reception has no clue of what customer experience means.In conclusion escape this company!!!! Go away!!!

I had worst experience in renting car with ACO. I had made a reservation online and was delayed by an hour to reach the rental centre. The front desk lady at the Miami international airport centre said since we were late the reservation has been cancelled. She was really rude and this has been the worst customer service I have come across. She never bothered to give us options or anything if there was a possibility to still rent a car. We easily rented a car for the same cost from another rental centre. I would never go back to this centre for its worst customer service. Stay away!!! If you are reading this don’t stop finish please. Don’t go there if you don’t want to get this kind of treatment. I booked my airline tickets and under near it offered to rent a car. I looked at my options and decided to go with eco their price showed $8/day plus other fees and tax my total came up to $87 including the reserve fee of $16. My receipts said total due at pick up $70 because the booking fee was charged in advance. When we arrived to eco, which they picked us up from airport. The lady at the desk had very deep accent, it was hard to understand her and she wasn’t very pleasant. She presented me with the final total which totaled to $270 and told me to sign, I looked at her and asked her what’s this suppose to mean? What is all these charges? She kept telling me in her deep accent what it was and it was hard to understand, I looked at my husband and asked him what is she saying? He said something about tolls, that they are prepaid. I asked her why does it not talk about it in the process when I’m reserving the car, she ignored me couple times, then insisted to sign and said if you want you can cancel reservation, I asked to speak with their owner and she said they are not there. We already wasted time coming there and dealing with her, that we just ended signing because if we were to go back to airport we would waist more time, we were so upset and this ruined our 1st day of vacation, because our budget was way less for car rental and we ended overpaying extremely. And she repeated her self couple time if you want you can cancel, which we wouldn’t get our $16 back for reservations on line. We flew to Miami but our stay was in Fort Lauderdale so I told her we are not driving around Miami where all the tolls are that you are talking about, she didn’t care and was very pushy. Please save your time and energy...

I have just tried to pick up a pre ordered car, through Holiday Autos, from ACO Miami airport. The agreed price was $131. When I got to the counter they insisted I payed for CDW excess even though I explained I already had cover through an independent insurer in the UK. They also wanted to charge me for toll road costs, even though I explained that I would not be using toll roads as I would not be going out of Miami. I know by experience that you can drive throughout Miami without using tolls. Even if you do it is cheaper to pay for them at the end of the hire than pay a non refundable charge up front. These charges were non negotiable and raised the hire cost to $370. Stay clear of ACO.

Orlando rental kept me waiting at airport for 1 1/2 hours to get picked up and brought to car rental place, they discounted rate 10% but then added $10.00 per day for not taking their insurance since I had my own through American Express. Started out as good rate, will go back to Hertz in future.

Terrible Experience! Everything described from others below happened to us.1. You must buy insurance so their $7/day rate, plus BS charges, PLUS $23/d insurance gets you to a grand total to $39/day.... Oh wait and a $100 refundable deposit that will take anywhere from 7-14 days to get put back.2. My reservation was for 5am pick up (took a red- eye into Miami) but they dont open until 7am... Every other company weve ever rented from will not yet you choose a pickup/drop off time outside their hours.3. Vehicle smelled like smoke, enough so that they had a vanilla freshener hanging to try and mask the smell.4. Tried to convince us we were responsible for a ding on bumper that was clearly marked on paperwork prior to leaving.5. Made us go get gas a 2nd time because the gas dial wasnt over the FULL line.Very ridiculous situation. Go 1/2 mile down the street to any other rental company!

When picked up at the airport the driver did not even say a word to us. He did not leave his drivers seat, he was too busy looking at pictures on his iPad and we obviously inconvieneced his work day. Once we arrived, he once again did not move, he did not say a word. Also, this rental car company only accepts 7 car insurance companies before you have to take their insurance premiums. This was not told to me at anytime prior to arrival. It is in the very fine print of the contract once you get to their facility. We asked to be taken back to the airport and we rented from a more reputable company without any issues.

We was tired from a flight from Kansas City to orlando, had reserved a car, got there, and only 1 person working. She took 3 returns before she got to us who came in after us. Then was informed they dont take debit cards or cash and we dont have credit cards. Told her to cancel and went elsewhere, got car in 5 minutes. Dont go there.

If I could give no stars I absolutely would! Cars were very cheap but thats the only plus. If you use your own insurance, they charge $10 a day for no reason. Since the gas line was not ABOVE the F, I was charged for a full gallon. I spoke with the manager, Ana, who offered no help. Attracted by the low price I decided to try.Bad decision....First, the location is not inside the Airport Rental Car Center (RCC).then, a very outdated facility. I noticed older than usual rental cars.....Only one person to greet you, write your contract, deliver and receive the car..... so it took over half an hour to finish with the only customer in front of me.... then another half for me, when I decided to cancel.Once you leave you are on your own, they do not have Road Assistance, unless you buy it (??). Then they wanted me to sign blinded for charges, stating they were included in the total amount of the contract. I did and added included, but they would not allow me. Chep rate, expensive experience (1.5 hrs. lost).

It was my worse experience renting a car evee. I booked online, saw the car i was gonna get and then i get there and the very rude customer service lady gave me a smaller car. I explained to her and even showed her what i had reserved but she was adamant. I decided to cancel the reservation and she had the emphantry to tell me i would pay $25 for cancellation. We dragged it on till finally she said i dont have to pay. She called someone to refund my $600 deposit they had which she claimed to have done. I tried finding other rentals for about 10 minutes and when i didnt find anything i resolved to settle with what ACO was giving me. The ladies refused to give me the car claiming my reservation was out of the system and my $600 had been refunded so i left disappointed. Today is 5 days since the incident and these people have still not refunded my deposit though i did not even get a car from them. What impudence!? I wish i could expose them further for the scam that they really are

Avoid at all costs…..They are not located at the Car Rental Center.They charge you $10.00 to take you back to the Airport Terminal.They charge you extra $25 if you return the car earlier.They charge you for a whole day, if you return the car one hour late.They charge you additional $3.75 a day for using SunPass.They get you in with their low cost, and then they will nickel and dime you to death.

Very very bad company. On their website it said they were On Site but they are Off Site. We had almost lost the hole day waiting to get a car and getting to the Car Rental place. We rented a car, it had dents and scratches on it and inside the car it had stains and sand in it then they gave us a different car and it had dents, starches it was nasty too. They wanted us to pay more money for Insurance. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IT IS BAD!

I had a booking on 24th to 28th Dec paid online never see the shuttle went to the office which was closed. Stole my 200 USD which I paid online. I had to pay another company for renting car

I understand that some people had a bad experience in the past with ACO Rent a Car. I on the other hand recently traveled to Miami and had a very good experience with them. I declined the LDW and did not have to show proof I had it through other means. I made copies of my credit card policy just in case but was never asked for it. Angel at the front desk was very nice and explained everything on the contract. When I came to car rental terminal, the bus was already waiting there. Its a 3 minute ride to the ACO facility. I rented a Camry and although it had some mileage on it (45,000 mi) it was very clean inside. I just made sure to note down all the dents on the body and ACO marked all of them on the card and they were patient while I carefully inspected the car (it is your responsiblity to inspect it). All in all I will definitely rent again at ACO.

Horrible experience, car was returned with a full tank of gas, but because it wasnt over the (F) I was charged an additional tank of gas at $8 + tax .Ana The Manager is the most unprofessional human being I have ever encountered. I wish I could share the picture I took of my gas guage because this place is ridiculous! I recommend anywhere else !

I have never experienced in all my years of traveling a company as frugal as Aco. They will charge you for EVERYTHING! DO not I repeat Do Not rent from here if you do your children and your childrens children will be cursed from you lack of intelligence. My god have mercy on my soul for renting Aco.

Three months ago I rented a car in Orlando ACO RENT A CAR and had to pay more insurance than the daily rate and then I pay, the will not let me use my own insurance, the car had many many dents and scratches was 2011 and with over 35,000 milescheck this, my brother rented from ALAMO the same car the same period and pay $386,00, I pay $ 859.00 in ACO RENT A CARstrongly recommend not rent in this company if you don’t want lose money and your time.

Even without credit car and full insurance we have rented a nice car with insurance for a good price. Definitely will come again.

This is a bait and switch company. They advertise these low prices to lure you in to pack extra fees when you arrive at the company. They are not located at the airport so you feel cornered. I just wanted to start my vacation. This was my welcome to Miami. How can you try to beat them?. Nearly every credit company provides rental insurance (someone told me this after my vacation). Call your credit card company before you arrive/travel and make sure you have coverage. You will be charged a $600.00 hold so you need that much available plus the cost of the rental. DO NOT ACCEPT ANYTHING they are selling. I tried to use my own car insurance and was informed they only accept All State, Statefarm, Gieco, USAA, Liberty Mutual and Nationwide. Then I was informed I would be charged an additional $10.00 per day to use my own insurance. No other rental company has this fee. I had a digital copy of my insurance which they would not accept. They would not assist me in printing it and I asked to email a copy to the office and they claimed not to have email. Which company in the 21st century doesnt have email? So I was forced to buy their insurance for $23.00 a day. So my $83.00 rental then became close to $215.00. I was on a tight budget so I had to use my food allowance to cover the cost of the rental. TERRIBLE COMPANY. Dont rent from them.

We reserved a car at the ACO location in Orlando. I couldnt find the ACO branch listed yet for Orlando in Google, so Im leaving feedback for ACO Miami. I was impressed with a too good to be true daily rate and quickly discovered why. Unlike most rental companies, this one requires the proof of insurance with you at the time of the rental or else you have to buy ACOs insurance which in my case doubled the projected cost of the rental. I even asked the manager if I could login to my insurance company website and have a copy faxed/emailed. Was told that would not be acceptable. So to me, it sounds like they scam the customer with a low rate to get you in the door and then kick in an expensive insurance policy to more then make up for the low rate. Dont waste your time here!

If you are looking for really low prices this is your place, I saw this company while searching for deals in hotels in Miami and checked it to see if I could afford it, the final result I didn’t spend so much money on my trip to Miami and got to do a whole lot of different stuff since I had my car for a really incredible price, as I always say it’s always better to investigate before any adventure, so I checked their page called them up and got my reservation in minutes, even thou the place is like 6 minutes from the car rental center they take you back to the airport for just 10 dollars.

If you have your own insurance and want a cheap rental agency, this is for you. Despite what most people are saying, I had a good experience.

Overall, terrible experience. We waited at Miami airport for over an hour waiting for the black van with green letters that said would come pick us up. Then we tried calling the office for the majority of that hour and no one picked up. We ended up having to get a different car. So yeah, terrible experience.

Please beware of this rental center!!! Staff is very rude and unfriendly.. It is ok to rent car from other place rather than this one. Although they offer cheaper price, but eventually they will charge you a lot. I will never ever rent car from this company or center! Till now they are charging our credit card for tollway charges (for past 3-4 months). We tried to call the company as well as the rental center and they are not willing to help in anyway. So we are now taking other actions to shop their unauthorised charges!

I rented from this company on 4/25/16 as I was in Miami for the day. I initially choose this place ONLY because of price and length of rental period (9 hours). 1st, wasnt big on having to provide my name to the ACO shuttle driver at the MIA RCC pickup area. While completing the rental agreement contract I was then informed of a $100/150 deposit despite using a major credit card. I was informed there is a $20 early/late drop off free. Basically . if you rent the car until 6p on any given day... return it at that time. Unlike other rental car companies.. the insurance was not optional. All set and I was out the door to enjoy the day in Miami. I drove less then 60 miles in my compact car, a Nissan Sentra. Prior to returning the car I stopped at a near by gas station and filled the tank until it auto clicked. Upon returning my car at the facility I was told it needs a gallon of gas or be charged $15. I informed the lady that I just paid for the gas and the gas sensor rejected the rest. I was told I should have continued to pump the gas until it can no longer hold/over flow. The good ACO service agent who wrk outside followed me to the gas pump.. .where we added $1.65. This was my 1st and last rental with this company ...along with Payless Car Rental.

Experiance was ok. Check out lady the first night was a b. She began helping other costmers while working with us, then told me that when i come back she will not allow us to take cuts. Not sure what that ment, but bottom line, was ready to never rent from ACO again. But the car was nice, clean, and good prices. The check in gal was very curious and super helpful. Had no negative feelings, and am now torn weather to rent here again with the chance well have to deal with the night lady again.

I reserved a Toyota Highlander from NY. I landed at the Miami Airport and was happy that the ACO shuttled took me straight to the rental office. I was professionally greeted and educated on the rental agreement. The car was in great condition, even though it had an odd smell inside but nothing too bad. The car gave me no problems, the service was reliable and for an additional fee, they drove me to my gate at the airport once I returned the vehicle. The prices at this location are so much more economical than all the other nearby rental locations that I will surely rent my vehicles at this location every time I go to Miami.NOTE: If you will not be paying to the additional insurance, make sure to bring your own proof of insurance. In Florida, the tolls do not accept cash so you will need a SunPass. This location will sell you some kind of SunPass but it will be cheaper if you drive to the nearest Publix supermarket and buy your own sunpass and add money to it. I put $20 on mine and still had $7 remaining after my 6 day stay in Miami.

Lets all work together to help shut down this rent a car mafia. I got here from New York this morning had everything set up and I was gonns pay $80 for the week only to find out that you have to either take their $23 per day insurance or pay a $10 per day penalty if you decline it. Even using my AMEX platinum which covers me for more then $50,000 in rent a car insurance. Bottom line my rate changed from $80 a week to $170 a week once I got there. Also Google should not allow their employees to self rate this company giving it 5 stars. No wonder they are not part of the RCC in Miami but rather off site. That should have raised a flag. Oh wellc lesson learned. F*ckers!

Do yourself a favor and dont rent a car here, this is the only car rental company in the planet that still has a mileage allowance for local residents, they charge a $10 airport shuttle fee, when the airport is two minutes away and the rest of the car rental world has a courtesy shuttle. hidden fees galore. dont fall for there advertised low prices.

Be careful of the mandatory $10 recovery fee per a day if you decline their insurance. It will not be on your quote but you will be notified of it when you arrive to get your car. I made a resevation on the ACO reservation site for the Orlando location. When I arrived at the airport I was taken by van to their offsite location. It was at that time I was notified of the fee. At that point I had no other reservations and in remote location. Beware of this company

Do not rent from here! Low prices is a gimmick to get you in the door, the following are fees/charges that was not included in my quote.1. Off site. They do not start shuttle service before 0700. If you get there before...cab/bus or wait.2. When returning, if before 0700 $25 charge.3. If you dont use their insurance $23/day you have to show proof of insurance and they will charge you $10/day.4. $10 charge to drop you to gate after return.

This company is a scam, I wish I read the ratings before I decided to rent a car with them, I purchased an insurance through flighthub. When I get there I was told they dont take my insurance and I had to pay extra insurance. Apart from paying 130 online, I had to pay 220 extra on pick up

The car we rented here nearly killed us as the tire blew out, and in the end we still had to pay for the blown out tire because we didnt get their insurance. Never rent a car here ever.

Arrived to the office a couple hours late since my flight got delayed. They had given my car to someone else and told me they have no more cars. You will regret it if you go with them.
